Best Effort is to Saturation - (3617)

There is a saturation point in us. 

We can practice and practice during the day and we will find our saturation point. After we reach the saturation point our system seems not to be able to give more. 


If we reach our saturation point we can be very sure that we have put in a very good day's work. 

Usually pushing past the saturation point does not become too productive. But just sometimes it is what is needed to produce like a breaking through or a collapsing of some mental structures within us.
