Listening is of the Emotional Centre - (5731)

Listening is not really of the intellectual centre. It is really of the emotional centre.

When we listen with the intellectual centre we tire easily, we often disagree and protest, and get lost in thought. Consequently, we stop listening.

Listening with the emotional centre can only make us open and receptive. It creates the right attitude to listen and it also allows empathy to appear in us. When there is some empathy, there is some good will and when there is good will, understanding is not far away.

The consciousness manifests most through the emotional centre. So using the emotional centre calls forth the consciousness the most.

The thing is to experiment and get experience.
