Our concept of a friend can be such that we expect 100% trust and 100% access into their affairs. If that does not happen then we feel set aside, an outsider, abandoned, impotent to help and betrayed with trust damaged. As petty as that sounds there are people like that. Anyway the question is, we may expect that but do we give that or can we give that to another?  No! Is mostly the answer.  Even if you really want to, you can't do it all the time and if we do, do it, sometimes it just complicates things with actually costly effects, manageable, but still costly. This suffering can be dissolved when we become conscious and we realise that we can not give what we expect and that we are not being real, we are stuck in the mind, in a fantasy - in other words asleep! When we wake up here a bit, we give the other person 'a break' and we see that it is silly to feel all that rot that I listed in the second paragraph. We realise too that we are not...

Dreams In our dreams we can have tests about money. Here are some points, that are good to reflect on now and then.  Usually when we are attached to something, tests or challenges come along providing some difficult moments, and those difficult moments issue a call to look within. Points We always have available what we need. To give to others is for sure always to give to ourselves. If we have helped others before, when we need help what we have given to others will be given to ourselves. You can be sure if you look after others you too will be looked after. There are immutable cosmic laws behind this such as reciprocity and cause and effect. To spend wisely is make the economy flow. We are linked in fact to the country's and the global economy. When we retain money we stagnate the economy, the chain of benefits stops. This is to have a more of a global consciousness. But we can not just spend like crazy because we ruin ourselves and those in our lives. ...

By Connecting to, Linking to and Integrating With That's right the opposite of what many people think. Many people think that you have to go against sex and subdue it. Well that way leads to problems. When I say integrate, connect and link I do not mean indulge, roll in or revel in, I mean a conscious connection to, a conscious linking to and a conscious integrating with. Problems Arise Problems arise in our sexuality when we do not connect to, link to and integrate with our sexual centre. The evidence shows us this. People have sexual problems because they allow that their sexual centre operates by itself, without connecting to it, linking to it and integrating it with their other centres and their essence/consciousness. Hearing and Water Hearing depends upon waves striking the ear drum and waves need a medium to flow through and a terrific medium for all sorts of waves is water. Smell and Air Smell always relies on the medium of air to inhale a quantity of molecules travelling in the air. Taste and Earth Because taste requires the putting solid or liquid matter such as the earth into the mouth to be tasted by our tongue. Feeling and Akash Feeling is really complex and it has an interpretation and perception component to it as well. Ray of Politics As you may know there is a ray of Politics we are told by Master Samael. It is also said that the immortal masters Count Saint Germain and Cogliostro belong to that ray. Like every other cosmic ray, this ray - the ray of politics must have a legitimate function in life, nature and the cosmos, and certainly it does.  If we observe carefully we can see that it is everywhere. When the time comes that a person wants to transmute their sexual energy to the highest quality that they can possibly manage, that person will immediately understand why. The real dissolution of lust is for those who transmute their sexual energy and wish constantly to elevate that transmutation to sublimation and wish to further elevate the degree of sublimation. Sources Here are some sources that I have noticed in myself that bring about lots of mental noise and clutter. By the way, it feels so good to start to clear out our mental clutter. All our possessions actually contribute to mental clutter, especially those that require maintenance (updating) such as electronics etc. I think what is even stronger a contributor to mental clutter in us is our desire to use these devices. Desires contribute to much mental noise and clutter. Desires of any kind. Desires make the mind work so to get the mind to work out a way to fulfil them or if they can not be fulfilled just think and think about them trying that we are given a compensation for them not being able to be fulfilled. Relationships are pretty terrible they clutter up our mind big time. The psychological wounds of the past are a big mental clutter contributor. Thinking about work is always worse than actually working! That is the real life practical experience - the thinking experience is worse that the actual doing or living out experience. We may be scared of an event or resistant to work physically, psychologically and esoterically... According to the above truth that is all wrong, because the actual doing is easier and fun than thinking and feeling about it. Once we get stuck in the work of something we are all ok - happy as Larry. And another truth is that reading about working is interesting and inspiring but actually working, is understanding and realising (power). End (3098).

We are pretty scared of karma. Especially the karma that could be install for us. It is always unpleasant to be scared. We can trust in karma and justice in that it will never bring to us more than what we have done in the past. If we slapped someone once we are not going to get slapped twice but once. In conclusion, when we are scared of karma we are scared of ourselves really. What karma can bring us is circumstances and events in our human life. Sometimes we think that they will be ultra horrendous like a ghost train taking who knows where, but they will be only be as we acted in the past. End (3097).

One property of our consciousness among the many properties - known and unknown is that it has the power to become one with something.  We see this everyday, our free essence and consciousness become one with the arguments, protests, logic, feelings etc. of the different "I's" that we have. That is called identification.  Our consciousness is also that which gives us identity. We normally have our consciousness in the abyss becoming one with the different elements there. We need to lift our consciousness upwards to become one with the higher parts in our tree of life.  To become one with Tipereth would be pretty amazing. The thing is that we can choose what to become one with. Everything has a function or role to play contributing to the maintained harmony of the whole. Remove one thing from the whole and the whole and the parts within the whole suffer.  Nature is a marvellous example of this. Remove the vultures then the number of animal and human carcasses pile up, the number of wild dogs increase, the water ways become more polluted and blocked, and disease spreads as the increasing number of animals feeding on the carcasses increasingly impact upon the human population. Therefore balance is about knowing what each part does and how it links in with other parts and how it contributes to the harmony or health of the whole. This teaches us that to hit another is to hit yourself, further telling us that we are one, that we are part of a unity, where what we do affects others which because we part of a unity ...

When we suffer from some kind of rejection - it can be because we had wrongly put some kind of responsibility into the hands of another person. For example, putting the responsibility of our own happiness in the hands of another person. Then we of course get very upset.  The way to do things is to then quickly transfer that responsibility to the right place which could be ourselves or the right person or the right cause or the right reason etc.  As soon as we do that things change in our emotions and we understand that we create our suffering and so we are the ones that can undo it as well. When we think, we hear that voice of ours in our head speaking and we also see images. They say a image contains a 1000 words. Well they are certainly right. We usually pay attention to what that voice in our head is saying, but that is really only half or even less of what our mind is saying. Our mind or  rather our subconscious is speaking very loudly through the images that form part of our thoughts. An image in our mind says lots and lots of things... It is really good to be aware of what the inner voice is talking away about, as well as to be aware of what is being said through the images that appear in our mind. If you do this, you will actually wake up more to what is going on in your subconscious and mind. End (3092).

Pretty true hey? Any ego when under threat is never polite. The essence can be polite. An "I" can be polite (only when it wants something) and the personality can be polite mostly if the "I's" allow it.  The essence can love and does love. The personality does not love. It just has interests. A personality to personality relationship is one that will eventually end up in doubt - it will become empty as the interests are all fulfilled and it will begin to fade or get a little spiky if the interests are not being fulfilled. Image and identity go hand in hand. We can not assume an identity of anyone or anything without an image first of all. Image comes from our imagination. So to get identified with anger for example, we see the image in our subconscious of the angry person (image or profile of the ego of anger) with all its arguments, logic, reasons and then we assume its identity and we become it. Awareness of our imagination and control of it is so important in our psychological work and in our awakening.  Identity and role go hand in hand. As soon as there is an identity through identification then there is a role. Then if there is a role there is action - the ego carries out its commitments implicit in its role. End (3089).

For a person to have a scenario in their mind there must be an image or images. There must be, otherwise there can be no scenario. Scenario and images in our mind go hand in hand. There can be the idea or feeling of a scenario, there can be the desire to create it, but until an image appears there is no scenario in our mind. When a scenario appears, we are then really in the past or the future... Controlling imagination helps us to stay present. When there is a scenario in our mind we are really identified. That is we have mostly lost our consciousness to a false identity of an "I". End (3088).

Teaching or Axiom I have heard this statement many times and I always believed in it but never knew really in what sense it pertained to, or how it could be applied. Well it refers to the consciousness. Be Conscious in Small Tasks The mastery of life is when we are the consciousness all the time. Or simply, when we are always conscious. So then, if we can be conscious while we are doing one thing, no matter how mundane we can extend it to other things.  As we learn how to master one task being conscious we can apply the same skills to other tasks. Life Life is really all about moments, tasks, events, activities and as we be more and more conscious in each of those small activities we become more and more conscious in our life and we begin to master our life. Whatever point we focus our energies on, that point becomes energised, active and takes up space within our psychology. As the sexual energy is a very special kind of energy, that is one that is by nature volatile and given to transformation, when we focus it on a point, it energetically enhances the qualities of that point. Therefore if we have a higher and noble cause within us and we focus our sexual energy on that cause the sexual energy will enhance that cause within us. If we focus it on an egoic cause it will energetically enhance that cause within us - which can later be very inconvenient. The sexual energy is neutral it does not mind where it is focused. It follows our will   or attention and does its enhancement. We sometimes think that the sexual energy has to be always be focussed on one place - the sexual centre. Well who the hell says that? No one right. It follows our will and can be focused anywhere we wish for it to be! Gnosis advises that...

The unbalanced reprimand is something we have all experienced before and have even probably dished out.  It is the case where we say don't do this and that and later on down the track we do the same thing that we told others not to do or we are actually even doing to some degree what we tell others not to do. It is unbalanced because relative to us we are not matching our words with our actions. There is an unbalance against reality. Later on though it balances because we end up doing what we said we wouldn't so then it balances - but with embarrassment. Usually when we reprimand based on rules we end up this way, as later one we usually come to break the rules. End (3085).

The amazing thing about balance is that it offers anyone who reaches it - separation. The person who has reached balance in one or another area is one that is separated from both sides. The balanced person sits above both sides and consciously uses both sides in the correct proportion. So then to be balanced one has to work to liberate oneself from both sides. When we arrive at separating ourselves from any ego we have arrived at balance in the area of that ego. As soon as we get separation we get a degree of balance that we must maintain through conscious efforts and decisions. As soon as we get this degree of balance we can then be conscious in that area. Knowing a little bit about human anatomy is not a bad thing.  There is much of the Divine design in our anatomy and if we wish to visualize any organ in our body we need to know where it is, what it roughly looks like and what it does - as part of the whole. Many meditations that we do are on parts of our anatomy such as the heart, the spine, the coccyx, the sexual organs, the endocrine glands,  So a bit of a read through some human anatomy books is not a waste of time.  End (3083).

Transmutation is the magical artifice that allows us to connect our will and imagination to our whole body as well as our essence. For the one who loves concentration, will and imagination, transmuting enhances one's power of concentration, imagination and will. It also allows a tangible application of these three skills. That is it offers one an opportunity to put these skills to use in a way that benefits everything in us, our body, our consciousness and our Inner Being. End (3082).

Because we see others as always doing things wrongly we criticise, complain and protest. People don't do things wrong in the relativity of things. They are doing the right thing for their destiny, for their previous conditioning and for their karma. How can we expect them to be doing more outside of these powerful conditioners? A person folds a napkin because his mother taught him to do it that way. He is folding it in the way according to his life's parameters. It is unrealistic to expect him to fold it in any other way especially if we have not taught him to fold it differently and we have not entered into an agreement that he is fold it that way. As soon as we see them doing things right our criticism stops, and that is peace for all... End (3081).

Some Think Some think that it is not important because knowing or not knowing the ray - we still have to awaken and die, well they are right. On the other hand some think that it is important to know the ray and they are right also. So the wise thing is to take both sides and put them together and produce the following:  work intensely in mystical death and also work, though less intensely to find the ray of the Being. Once you find it use it to help you to die better, quicker and more in yourself. In this post I am going to write about the benefits of knowing it. Identity - Part of Your Enigma Solved Knowing the ray of your being allows you to know part of your inner identity. Your know a lot about our personality - our false identity but very little about our real identity which is our Real Being. The ray of your Being is also the cosmic function of the Being. The way to cause transmutation to have its marvellous effect within us is to lever within us a higher cause. If we are to introduce this higher cause into our centres and then transmute with this higher cause present in us the sexual energy will flow into this cause and the nature of the higher and nobler nature of the cause will help to further transform and even sublimate the sexual energy.   So if you really want to succeed in your transmutation have always a higher cause present within. Such a higher cause is your Being, love, consciousness, your spiritual development,  your Divine Mother, the Third Logos etc.  End (3079).

Transmutation orders the chaos - that is the raw sexual energy in the human being becomes more ordered with transmutation. The act of transmuting aligns the cells of the sexual energy to look up and to direct themselves towards transforming themselves into subtler energy and entering the channels in the spinal column where they can soar upwards to the brain. This ordering gives one control over the sexual energy and also control over the part of the nervous system that controls the sexual system. Transmutation links our brain to our sexual centre in such a way that our will and imagination can travel from our brain through the parts of our nervous system to the sexual centre. End (3078).

As a general rule we yearn for and try to experience again in this life our best moments of the past. In our last life we could have enjoyed a wonderful retirement. Long days of nothing to do but enjoy oneself and the surroundings. No demands on our time, everything taken care of, no worries or concerns and naturally God willing (good health) we felt wonderful.  Then we are born into this life and we wish to have the same care-free feeling. So we don't want to go to work. We look to escape and get quite bothered if we have to do things - taking us out of this blissful care-feeling. We yearn for and try always to secure for ourselves time where we can be home alone enjoying long days of peace and quiet... Or we just like to travel - because when people retire they travel. We are quite influenced really from the way we lived the last days of our past life. Because this care-free feeling came from our past years of retirement at the twilight of our life where we had...

We all have our priority in our work. Knowing this orders our work and calms the restlessness. It is easy to find as once you find it and begin to fulfil it you reach a certain calm and togetherness. It is just now what our essence needs... It could be meditation, long prayer, concentration, work on a particular ego... End (3076).

If you are looking for wisdom then a definite place to find some wisdom by studying the tarot and its axioms. There is wisdom there on so many levels - from the mysterious to the significantly profound. Wisdom about life, nature, about the esoteric path and the Divinity. If ever in trouble or difficulty look to the tarot as a source of wisdom, guidance, a balm for the soul etc. To read Master Samael's book "Tarot and Kabbalah" is really a must. Without his help given to us through that book it is so difficult to understand much about the Tarot and about Kabbalah. End (3075).

If a person is a lover of concentration and will - then the menial and tedious tasks of life are the ones that offer us the best chances to increase our concentration and will. These are the tasks that we don't like doing and while doing them we think and think all the way through. However, if we are to use our will to focus we will increase our will and our concentration as well. The basic principle is that the more we use our will and our consciousness the stronger it gets. It is all a matter of work and work just like the muscly dudes in the gym.  End (3074).

Imagine that we go to a gym, we see all sorts of people. Of course you see those people who are very fit or either are very well built and can do heaps of heavy lifting and pressing etc. We make think - "impressive and special", yes and no. They got there by working consistently that's about it. Which of course takes will, discipline and effort. However, anyone who works as they do will be like them.  They are different yes, but not special because by following the principles or methods that took them there anyone else can get there as they did. The Esoteric Gnostic work is the same. With the work we can get back to our original state that was free essence just as others have done. When we all have our essence free we are all the same but with our particular sacred individuality. End (3073).

When we are not aware we think that we don't make mistakes and that we are invincible etc. As soon as we increase our self-observation and our awareness we realise that we make so many mistakes and that indeed we are quite frail. This awareness brings about a kind of humility which is always born from first - seeing reality and then adhering to reality. When we are the opposite of humble, we are proud and arrogant and we travel far from reality thinking that we are always right and that we do not make mistakes. Precisely the karma for terrible pride and arrogance is fear, anxiety, feeling terribly inadequate, not good enough, below everyone else, not belonging etc. etc. End (3072).

Introduction This post is just a compilation of some notes on the topic of the "Law of Recurrence". Notes Each recurrence gives our essence an opportunity for epi-genesis. That is to do something new outside of the recurrences. Spiral and Round Recurrences process themselves via a spiral. Via an upward spiral or a downward spiral. Recurrences in the downward spiral combine with karma and the Law of Entropy to add more complexity and heaviness into the recurrence.  Only with psychological and esoteric work can our recurrences take up the upward spiral. This post is relaying something my brother-in-law told me the other day. By nature the essence's rightful place is at the centre of our psychology. We know this because even when a person has the myself and its many "I's", these "I's" always gravitate to the centre of the person's psychological space to take the central control position. Each fragment of essence fights to take up that place. The essence that is free naturally travels to the centre of our psychology and governs. Either way the essence, conditioned or free takes up central governing position. Because that is its nature.  The Law of the centre is within the nature of the essence, along with many other laws. Magic Link Transmutation is the special link between the inferior and superior powers within us. The inferior and superior powers must unite. When these two unite we are more integral. Transmutation among so many other things fulfils this. In our body the superior is the heart and brain and the inferior is instinct and sex.  When I qualify superior and inferior I do it not based on height but based on spirituality. Inferior is not really inferior because sex and instinct is what gives us life and keeps us alive, there can be no noble heart and wise brain without them. It is just that the inferior is more of matter - more human than the brain and heart which manage more spiritual in nature energies. Terms In Gnosis we encounter the words Hermetic, Hermetic seal, Hermes and Hermes Trismegistus. The first two terms: hermetic and hermetically sealed are terms that we encounter often. The word silence is always attached to these two terms. This is because the Great Master Hermes Trismegistus, also known as the Thrice Great God of Thoth who was the Egyptian God of magic, writing and wisdom was associated with being the first one to make a totally sealed glass vessel. There is fierce resistance from deep within ourselves in becoming more conscious. This is because deep down our essence knows that when we are more conscious we can no longer make the silly errors that we make now because we don't know any better. When we become more conscious we become more responsible and any errors that we make are done knowingly and with responsibility, and therefore the karma is much more intense and painful. End (3067).
