Rolled up Crinkled Handout - (6020)

When someone rolls up the class handout using it a baton to tap to beat out a tune, and or leaves it on the floor and one of the chair's legs accidentally rides on top of it, crinkling it - we know the chances are high that they are not going to read it. What we value, we look after and protect. When we value something the emotional centre is operating. What is intellectual only to us, we don't tend to value or look after. What's real to us has emotional weight. What we value also has importance to us. These are important observations that we can use to make great changes. When we are told for example that we have an attitude towards something that causes us to be  disengaged, disoriented, disassociated, aloof, distrusting and disdaining, it means that are emotional centre is not operating.  All of these attitudes and many more all disappear when we put the particular issue/s into our emotional centre. The intellect is what complicates things. The rigid intellect as well as...

The Performer, Speaker, Artist, Teacher, Priest, Politician Glows but the Person... - (6019)

Is different is one word.  The truth is it happens everywhere and it is nothing more than an expression of a person's different facers and the effects of the atmosphere and environment. That is something that we should understand and know that the glowing person on stage is different in real life. End (6019).

Practical Gnostic Sexuality Notes - (6017)

Purpose Notes in point form for the preparation of this talk topic. "Transmutation is a biological insurrection and a psychological revolution."  Alchemy is not a method to avoid having children, it is a practice for the realisation of the Being within us. It is practiced to fuse ourselves evermore deeper with our interior Divinity. Alchemy is a vehicle of realisation, as it awakens the fire and builds the solar bodies. It also has the power to dissolve all our egos. Notes Introduction • This talk is about the Practice of the Alchemy. It's aim is to provide practical guidance for the practice of Alchemy. • The practice of Alchemy is a true practice of deep transformation. It is practiced for the Being within and for the Being within our partner. • The reference point of the practice is not ourselves or our bodies' desires but the realisation of the Being.  • It is a sacred act of inner creation. • Quality is the guide for each practice. we must seek improved quality a...

Be Happy to Give - (6016)

The way to giving is to cultivate the happiness of giving. To feel happy to give to others in whatever form that may take is the way to develop giving. Using happiness and forgetting astuteness is the road to developing the power of giving. Astuteness comes into play trying to not give or give less or give later. Astuteness is also that which expects something in return. No gift is empty as that gift will boomerang back to you when you most need it. To be giving means you can be or are already an instrument of the Divine Law and the White Lodge of their benevolence. To give for giving sake also helps us to forget about the pain of giving which is all about not getting anything back in return. Regarding astuteness everyone turns out to be astute to some degree and the one being astute thinks that the others don't know he is being astute. The goal of astuteness to not give but make the other person to give.  Giving is affected when we forgive the   To give means to ignore a...

Patience is not so Much About Time but About Holding Hope - (6018)

When it comes to patience it is not really about the time. It is more about being able in ourselves to hold high a high quality of hope. It is the quality of hope that we have that sees us through the time we need to wait. If the quality of hope and faith be high, time goes quickly. End (6018).

All Hands On To Pass Through at High Level in Our Being - (6012)

What is most important is that we do this - hold the values of the work which are directly shared by our Inner Being up high within us. If we fail, hold them up, and if we triumph hold them up, no matter what. Giving the values and pushing them up high is always the best thing to do. It is the most rewarding and the thing that gives the least regrets. It is an effort that will stay with us and improve us. This effort takes up life in our work memory and radiates faith in the work and the Inner Being within us. This is exactly what the transmutation is all about. It is to raise the values - that is the transmuted sexual energy up high within us. That is towards our inner heavens which from the body's point of view is our brain and heart. For the values to rise, heat, sensation, interaction are needed and we must make the effort for the values/energy to rise.  The values are not made to rise unless there is some heat, interaction of opposites, sensation pleasant or unpleasant. That i...

Giving Notes - (6013)

Intro Here are some notes about giving. They are discoveries and may they be of some help. Notes To develop giving, the right conditions for it, really help. The basic element that must be present in those conditions is that there are or there is someone that is less fortunate in whatever sense. In short, go where there is little. Where there is poverty of some kind... There is poverty of many kinds...Not only physical, there is internal poverty and there is poverty of time and poverty of values and poverty of knowledge and skills. To develop giving we must have something to give others. What we have within to give shows us where to go and what to give. In wanting to give we develop ourselves. Because once 'we have something' we can give. The easiest kind of giving has to do with money... We can always make more money but we can not make more time or health in some cases. It is also not easy to make values. This takes hard work and time. We can't judge before giving, if we ...

Know these Cases to Better Steer Our Life - (6014)

Know Knowing the below ten cases helps us to better steer our life. The Twelve Cases One There are things that we are doing that are correct. This is becasue there is an internal reality and depth to them, which comes from deep within. There we feel relaxed and fulfilled. Two There are things that we are doing that are incorrect. This is because our actions are against our inner values, or they are not right for us to be doing at this stage. There we feel anxious, misaligned, fearful and restless. Three There are things that we are doing that we know are not right for us, yet we persist in doing them. There is a clash of wills at play. The will of an obstinate "I" and the will of the essence in us. There we feel conflicted, uneasy and somewhat fearful. Four There are things that we are doing that are neutral but they do not have any inner depth or reality to them. There is little relevance to our inner world. There we feel interested but the interest quickly disappears. Five ...

The Divine Law Uses People with the Right Values - (6011)

When we have been asking the Divine Law for help or when we have merit or when we have been treated unfairly and undeservedly, the Divine Law looks for people who have the right values to help us and compensate us. Those with the right values in their heart are moved to help us without us even asking. We just need to wait for the Law to arrange circumstances and move the people with the values to help. End (6011).

Untenable Inequality Produces Generosity - (6010)

Just as when we know we are doing something that is incorrect or unbalanced, for example something unethical, there is something deep within that tells us we can't be doing this forever and one day we will get caught or have to face retribution.  Having a lot while others have very little produces the same feeling of fear from something that is untenable. It can't be for long that a small number of others have so much while the majority have so little. The constant experience of that fear because something is untenable always results in us giving, because it becomes more and more clear to us that the situation is out of balance and everything must always seek balance, and if we don't seek balance, balance will fall upon us the hard way. This may not happen in the world or in a society at large, becasue there is too much karma in the world, but within a family or on an individual level it certainly can. End (6010).

Masochism in the Character - (6007)

Typically we think masochism is for 'strange' and very unbalanced people. We also think that we are not all that strange... However, looking closely and subtly we find that there are levels and degrees of masochism lurking within us.  These degrees of masochism exist in fact in the average person's psyche. These elements were created after the fall or played an active part in our fall. Let's have a look. To be enduring suffering when we have the tools to dissolve it is a degree of masochism. To be standing there receiving an ear bashing for free beyond the point is masochism. To be involved in making useless sacrifices is masochism. To put ourselves through intense efforts for others who don't care or won't take advantage or reciprocate for their inner progress is masochism. Furthermore we take attitudes of repentance of which we don't have sufficient comprehension that become and act of masochism. Masochism is something in the end mechanical powered by fals...

Violence of the People is from Injustice - (6006)

When an issue goes on for too long without a solution, and when the effects of the issue being unresolved  increases in negativity - the sense of injustice builds. Human beings can't stand injustice for long. The build up of injustice unavoidably always turns to some kind of violence. There were some great individuals in history that taught humanity how to sensibly and peacefully give expression to the build-up of injustice. Which has been taken on by many these days with protest marches etc. that are loud but very often not physically violent. Most of the violence occurs in clashes with police trying to stop the march. That strong and automatic tendency to turn to violence is something to always know that it exists as a pathway within human beings, and it is something to watch out for. Whenever we see violence there is always some kind of injustice issue behind it. Or if apparently not, injustice is being made straight away with violence and that will be the cause for future viole...

Alert, Proactive and Timely Saves the Unexpected Storm - (6008)

It is just these three qualities that save us from the storm that hits us unexpectedly. If we are always on the look out for danger, and don't delay working on it as soon as we catch a glimpse of it, or even before it appears, we can diffuse the pending storm. When we are negligent and careless these strong psychological storms get unleashed wreaking havoc in our psyche and work. To diffuse them, resort to the volitional and conscious work as the power. Conscious and volitional or deliberate action, has great currency and merit. Much more than passively waiting... Being always on the look out, working straight away diverts the storm. The storm comes to show us that we are out of touch with the reality of ourselves and we have become complacent and negligent. The message of every storm is: "back to work". End (6008).

What to do With a Space - (6005)

Say we have an empty room in our house and we are not sure what to do with it or how to improve it. What do we do?  A good way to go about it is to sit in that space and observe it with a clear and calm mind.  While sitting like that we begin to notice all kinds of things about the room that wee didn't see before and ideas to improve, organise and give function to the room appear, all out of nowhere. In actual fact, those ideas appear out of the nowhere which is clear and calm attention. In other words, consciousness. The same thing applies for our interior spaces. If we can just sit and observe inwardly with a clear and calm mind for long enough, creative ideas leading to comprehension will arise with that interior space that is unoccupied or occupied by an unnecessary element.  End (6005).

An Urge is a Notification NOT a Command - (6003)

Often the urges or impulses that we experience are disguised as commands or taken as commands. They are after all just thoughts with a bit of emphasis.  If we let them go they will pass. The very interesting thing is that the urges come for a reason and this is something worth looking into. They often come to cover up some uncomfortable feeling. That is their cause and the issue is not to do what they say, it is to avoid that uncomfortable feeling. An urge is not a command it is notifying us that there is something that we are trying to avoid or that we feel uncomfortable. We are quite surprised how often we feel uncomfortable. The remedy here is then to hold out serenely though the urge to see what it is that it is coming to make us avoid. For example, the urge to constantly snack is covering something up... Maybe it is boredom and maybe that boredom comes from some kind of an unhappiness. Anyhow it is due to something... One should keep an urge or distraction log. It is so intere...

Why Life Deals Out Harsh Treatment - (6004)

The reason is that we have the same nature within us that would treat others harshly, just as we are being treated now or were treated. The harsh treatment is actually a lesson to help us to not be like that now and in the future. The thing is we don't know that we have the same nature within us. Speaking Gnostically, we have the same egos within us, and we are not aware of that. Consequently we believe the treatment to be unfair and that it should not be. It turns out that from the outside it looks unfair, but it is only so, because we don't know our past. For example, we may have been so upset with our mother, because she treated us so harshly and mothers are not meant to be like that. Only later we come to know that we are like that inside if ourselves, and that is why we were treated that way. Having been treated that way we try to be different in our life towards others. Later when those egos come out that are just the same as our mother's, we then better understand ho...

Misfortunes and Lots of Hardship Won't Happen to a Virtuous Person - (6002)

Beside the trials of the path and karma, all these things going wrong, things being denied and falling apart last minute won't happen to a person who inside of them is good and clear in the light, has good-will and is virtuous.  A person who treated themselves and their Beingness well, will be taken care of and the outside will reflect the inside. When we are a bit so-so inside the outside - our life circumstances are like that - misfortune, things cancelling, 'no' as the more common answer etc. etc. How we treat our sexual energy is a very determining factor.  End (6002).

The Voices of the Three Minds - (6001)

The sensorial mind yells and is loud and constant. People who talk a lot are using the sensorial mind. The sensorial and intermediate minds talk excessively simply because they don't know. There is a false need for them to talk about what they know. The inner mind does not talk so much because it knows. It also does not feel the need to show what it knows or can know. The voice of the inner mind is quiet. Almost like a whisper. This is becasue it speaks from deeper within. When we are far from our depths it is so quiet and the background noise of the sensorial and intermediate minds drown it out. The conclusion here is that we need more inner quiet and listening to hear our inner mind.  To not give the sensorial and intermediate minds too much power by using them for everything and forgetting about the inner mind helps a lot also. End (6001).

The Power to Decide to Relax - (6000)

To have the power to decide to relax is huge. The power to relax is also huge but not as huge as the power to decide tot relax. We can gain that power to relax learning a few relaxation methods. Relaxation methods combined with imagination are the best. We think the power to decide is trivial but think again. If we had this power truly things would be very different in our lives and in the world. Imagine if we could have decided to relaxed last time when we were in danger, were getting upset, being annoyed or being shouted at, criticised... To be relaxed goes hand in hand with being happy, and we know to be happy most of the time is no easy feat. Relaxation is super important when in those times when we are not staying long in a state of self-observation or self-remembering. If in those times we run the process of: relaxation, breathing and no-thinking we will find that we can maintain such states for longer. We can cultivate the power to decide to relax by having seen the marvelous ef...

To Start, we Work with Memory and Build Momentum - (5999)

Memory is a big factor in the work on ourselves and in processing any change that we are interested in.  It is due to having forgotten our true and real identity as a soul, that we are in so much psychological and physical hardship. Our main problem when working on ourselves is forgetting ourselves and forgetting about the work and teachings. A whole day can pass sometimes and we only remember the work before going to sleep. In the beginning the issue is to remember and when we remember we work. The key is in memory, remembering the work. When we remember the work we can give different answers. Our work depends on remembering. The process is to remember enough times and for long enough that begins to become instinctive or automatic. This natural second nature provides the trigger to remember and from there we take over consciously. There's no other way to increase memory but keep remembering. Make ourselves to remember or user tools that help us to remember. Keep remembering severa...

Method of Self-Remembering for the Three Brains - (5997)

The complete solution for us human beings has always to do with the three brains.  If we leave the three brains out of anything the results are unbalanced and just don't feel right. There's that stuck and 'something missing" feeling. Self-remembering in no way can be an exception to the three brain principle of the human being. Three brains is a principle of the human being, but not a principle of an animal. So we can start by knowing that we are aware of being aware. Knowing that we are awareness. We will feel this very much in our head/intellect.  This feels very different but is so tiring, really dry and difficult to sustain. We must follow the three brains. So then lets transfer that knowing that we are aware down to our feelings. Allowing ourselves to feel that we are aware. A shift will happen - we will suddenly feel joy to be alive and be aware in that moment. We can't stop there, even though it feels great. We must then transfer feeling that we are aware to...

Intellect Stronger than Motor - (5996)

We know that emotional centre is stronger than the intellectual, and now it is coming clear that the intellectual centre is stronger than the motor centre. Emotion wins over intellect, intellect wins over motor, and of course emotion wins over motor. Intellect winning over motor explains why we have laziness, procrastination and fantasy. We think about doing something but don't - laziness. We over think and get stuck thinking - procrastination. We think we are doing but not - fantasy. End (5996).

The One Brained Creature - (5994)

The human being has three brains, allowing the possibility of individuality. With the intellectual brain we can learn how to think for ourselves and develop self-concept. A one brained or two brained creature can not think for itself. All of its thinking faculties are given to it. Meaning it has been thought for or someone else has thought for it. Mother nature has thought for it and the guru devas in charge of the species think for it, and it does what has been thought for it. Plus what has been thought for it has been installed into the motor-instinctive-sexual brain. A one brained or two brained creature can't recreate itself internally because it lacks all three brains. With the power of the three brains a creature can create an new inner nature. A new inner structure and way of processing itself internally. End (5994).

We are a Universe not a Human Being - (5995)

The power of the seven cosmoses talk is that it shows us that we are not just a human being, a body with essence like a human animal we are really a universe. A cosmos which is s replication of the universe scaled down.  Each of the seven cosmoses is the same cosmos but scaled. It is a limitation to think of ourselves as just a human being, in the way that we are like an animal with intellect.  We are really not that - an animal with intellect. That is esoterically incorrect to think of ourselves that way. To reflect about ourselves being a universe blows our mind and changes the perceptions of ourselves. End (5995).

Have to Socialise the Elementals - (5986)

A lips to ears kind of a key is that when working with the elementals of nature, outside or inside of ourselves, the thing to do is to befriend them. This key really works! Patience! For a plant it would be to talk to the plant, water it and give it some extra nourishment in the way of liquid or solid fertilizer. The age old principles of giving our time and energy with our physical presence to pay attention and genuinely care do marvels for any relationship. If we do that we will come to love the plant and the plant will love us. Doing this frequently along with the invocations and mantras gives results. It really gives results. We just need to be a little patient, as every relationship takes time to build. We can befriend the internal elementals of our body following the same principles.  When it comes to giving our physical presence we give our internal presence connecting to them and being with them using our imagination and inner perception. Take a journey inward all inspired ...

Discipline is the Intellectual and Motor Centres - (5994)

What's missing in discipline is the emotional centre. That's why most people don't like disciplines because they lack emotion and emotion is what makes things fun and enjoyable. When a discipline becomes fun or there is emotion in it, it stops becoming a discipline and becomes a way of life. Disciplines are to be done and they make a lot of sense. They are great plans and ideas. They are intellect and motor. Why they fail is because the emotion that has to be created along the way doesn't appear. The best is all three brains together working to integrate into the whole of our life, thus eliminating discipline - which is something that is incomplete in us. Discipline is necessary because that is where we all start. Things take a while to enter the emotional center, yet things can quickly enter and leave the intellect and the motor centre correspondingly. Once things enter the emotional centre they are there for a long while. The key to everything Gnosis says is emotion o...

So Many Prayers are Given to Human Beings - (5993)

We often ask where do all these prayers come from? Some prayers have been written down after they were uttered by human beings in deep states of devotion and Divine Love. Some other prayers have been written by those who use them daily when working on themselves. These are prayers of 'ora et labora" that is pray and work. While most other prayers come as gifts to human beings from Divinity. Divinities send prayers with magical words to us through Angels and Archangels, who act as messengers.  These prayers are gifts that are a formula of invocation and petition. They are a bit like a key or a password.  End (5993).

Inner Life Begins with the Fire - (5988)

An inner life that we become deeply a part of, begins in earnest when we awaken the fire. When we draw the sword of fire from the rock of sex. An inner life is a lot like human life, where there is movement along a path towards higher and more advanced states of experience and responsibility. Just hanging around allowing time to pass, travelling, coming and going, is not really a life in the sense of growth along a path. It is more like going around in circles. That is essentially what the ego has us to do. It is just to hang around life after life returning to the same - therefore a circle. We all say get a life, meaning get a purpose and follow it and be directly involved in the events of that life and forget about meddling with the lives of others. This is for sure a life and an inner life is exactly like that. We can awaken and become very aware of our interior, speak to our Divine Mother regularly and see this and that part of the Being and know this and that about our future, how...

Assimilation After the ON/OFF Switch - (5984)

Sometimes in order to help us when we are starting Gnosis certain defects, habits, lifestyles get turned off. They go and leave us free to go forward in our studies.  In retrospect we see that those things had to abruptly like with the flick of off switch becasue a transition just would not have allowed us to go forward as we needed to. Sometimes they these things that are turned off stay off and we really forget all about them. Sometimes the egos that were involved start to come up and try hard to drag us back to the past. This happens because those egos were buried deep and along the way we didn't get the chance to work on them and so they are still alive.  Now having worked on ourselves for a while we can deal with those egos internally and not go back into the actions of the past. While we are working ion these egos internally we may feel like we are back in the past and we are very similar as we were before. End (5994).

We All Need to 'Ask' in the Work - (5992)

We all have free will and so the universe will not help us if we don't ask. Not asking is a signal to the universe that all is ok. Right? If we ask for something it is because we want something. So when the Universe goes to respond to what we are asking for it knows full well that it is not interfering with our free will and can happily grant what we are asking for. Conclusion: we have to ask. It is silly to think the Universe, even though it is a mind reader, will respond to something that we don't sincerely ask for. End (5992).

Better to Say 'No' than 'Yes' with Conditions - (5991)

When it comes to helping people with charity it is better to say 'yes' and help all the way or simply say 'no'! Saying 'yes' with conditions, such as 'meet me half way' ends up being cruel when it comes to people who have so very little. The conditional 'yes' often doesn't work out. Those who need help make an effort but because of lacking in resources they can't meet you half way and their effort is wasted and they don't receive the help.  Then the hopeless cycle turns again. End (5991).

The Relative "Unfair" Feeling - (5989)

A big thing in the work on ourselves is knowing how to deal with the 'unfair' feeling. Here are some notes. There are absolute and relative unfair. It's crucial to know the difference. Knowing this can save us so much suffering. The absolute unfair does not hurt. We can do something physically and humanly about it and if it is truly unfair it will be rectified or we understand that clearly it is a karmic debt that we have to pay. The relative unfair is what causes us all the grief. Because the relative unfair only seems unfair to us and not the other person or people. The relative unfair is also unfair relative to some belief, concept or attitude that we have. To clear our suffering we have to find what in us it is unfair in relation to. Often the things people say are unfair to the idea we have of ourselves or the perception we have of our intentions. As soon as we know what it is unfair in relation to, we are almost free. Often when find the unfair reference point we will...

Accepting Where We are At = Stop Beating Ourselves Up and Progress - (5990)

A lot of our issues come from, for some reason not accepting where we are really at, and trying to work at and expect results from a level that we are just not at. When we don't accept where we are at we end up beating ourselves up and halting our progress. When we can accept truly where we are at with something and then go back to the steps at that level we make real progress. Sometimes most of the work we have to do is actually coming to terms with where we are at. Once we do, we progress quickly. Why? Because we actually do some proper work that counts. Many times even though we have been working on ourselves for years we have to go back to the beginning steps. It's false expectations, inflated beliefs in our self-worth and capacities that lead us astray, making us to not see and accept where we are at. End (5990).

To Hold Ourselves Responsible to Our Inner Being - (5985)

To hold ourselves to a higher principle within or outside of ourselves is something that helps us to go upwards in our level of the Being. Holding ourselves responsible to a lower principle inside or outside of ourselves is what makes us to drop our level of the Being. To hold ourselves responsible for our actions and words to our Inner Being is wonderful. It is truthful to do that as we also feel the consequences of our actions within us. To hold ourselves accountable to the noble standard of the work as well as the student's creditability in the work is wonderful as well. This really helps us to hold it together and to keep an upward line. To hold ourselves responsible to our egos or to the level of the Being or the conditions of others causes us to drop our level of the being. When for example, we hold ourselves responsible to upholding our pride we react defensively and get angry causing harm. Instead of holding ourselves to uphold our Pride we can hold ourselves to uphold high...

The "Are you Happy?" Question - (5978)

We ask this question because we are not happy ourselves, or we ask because we are happy and want the other person to be happy.  We ask to sell something, as a starter to our sales pitch.  We ask to check in to see how the other is going.  We ask to start a conversation about making a significant change in our joint affairs or life together.  We ask ourselves when contemplating a life change.  We ask ourselves this when something in our life is going wrong or went wrong? Overall it's a question that inspires introspection and stands at the start of change. It doesn't have to be a sad affair, it can rather be a catalyst to making a great change in life. The question is start and the easy part. The hard thing is the courage to follow up on the answer to the question.  The follow-up actions from this question are what in most of our lives, produces the big changes, the big turn arounds. End (5978).

Individually Consciousness is not a Belief or an Attitude - (5982)

For a person to consciousness it is not to believe oneself to be nor is it to have the attitude of being conscious or think oneself is conscious. It is not knowing anything but being and knowing we are in the present moment. It is nothing, but to look, see, hear in all openness to our inside and outside. It is definitely not to believe we are conscious or to think we possess consciousness. End (5982).

Why Do We Make Threats? - (5980)

Threats of many kinds are a common feature of our individual and collective psyche at some point. Especially when things are not going too well. At the depth of it we make threats to get back some kind of power that we perceive has gone missing.  Either we have allowed it to go or it was taken. Often in the case when it was taken we allowed it to be taken. Sometimes it has never gone it just seems to be gone. This is definitely the case with our individual expression. In Western society we are all free all the time to express ourselves. Either way to make a threat is a compensation, a cheap way using force to get the other to yield the power they have or have apparently taken.   The solution is to empower ourself. There are two ways to do that. One way is to empower ourself and take our freedom of expression back (just express don't think just express) or empower ourselves by truly letting go and dying to the 'need' for that power.  The key is in giving back inner po...

Reflections on Common Entitlement - (5975)

There is this psychological quality called entitlement.  Usually when this word is mentioned, there is a negative connotation. It is often associated with some kind of arrogance, because it is really a word to describe a feeling. In general, entitlement is the feeling of having a right to something. Where this 'something' was agreed upon previously or is a tradition, a society norm, a law or just plain common sense. For example, you paid for something fair and square, you are entitled to have it. There seem to be four cases that can be observed in relation to entitlement. There is the simple case where there is the right to something and it is granted. There is justice and peace because merit and right come together. This naturally inspires respect. There can also be the case of entitlement where there is clear right but merit is lacking. Then there is the case where there is some right but little merit. Then there is the case where there is neither right or merit.  When we ob...

Comprehension the Payment for Judgment - (5977)

What usually happens is that when we fail to comprehend in the moment and instead judge critically, we later on end up in the same situation. We end up in the same situation as those we judge, so as to comprehend . The reason why we end up in the same situation and acting the same as those we judge, is because we failed to apply comprehension, and the best way comprehend is to be in the same situation. The payment or escape from judging is to comprehend. Apply comprehension and we will not fall into the into the same situation as those we judge. This is because with comprehension we learn and we fix the lesson into our consciousness which naturally allows us to avoid falling into the same situation. When we fall into the same situation the heat we feel is the feeling being a hypocrite. Which can be embarrassing. It invertedly gives people the evidence to call us exactly that - a hypocrite - especially those we previously judged. When we judge and realise it, this is one of the best opp...

With Inner Silence Problems Disappear - (5974)

In the inner silence - the more profound the better, is where one can heal, rejuvenate, strengthen and balance In the inner silence problems melt away because one is closer to the master within. People said that they would be full of problems and when they were before Master Samael ready to explain all their problems - their troubles melted away. Inner silence allows us to digest the impressions and transform them. Inner silence relaxed and conscious allows the consciousness to be present and when it is present it naturally transforms and orders what we have been going through. We just need to give it a chance to do so and it naturally does all by itself or with some gentle prompting (like AI but better). Many times before a retreat we are full of complaints and after the practices, especially meditation those complaints go by themselves.  Seeking inner silence or rather allowing to arrive brings what we all need and want. Which is balancing, organizing, healing, insight and illumi...

Self-Suggestion for Dreams - (5973)

If we can say to ourselves: "I'm going to wake up at 5am so that I can start the day early" and we actually do wake up at 5am on the dot or some minutes before, we can just as well say to ourselves: "I'm going to dream about the planet Mars!" or "I'm going to wake up in my dreams!" and we will! It's the same thing really. We have to state our night's purpose such as "I'm going to dream about Mars" with as much will, determination and need as when we say to ourselves that we are going to wake up early. Then lo and behold we will dream about Mars. This actually does work. End (5973).

Relaxation is to Supply Energy - That is the Key - (5972)

The key to understand relaxation is to see that relaxation is about supplying energy to something. It is counter to our common understanding which is to think that to be relaxed means to be devoid of energy. To be devoid of energy is to be depleted, not relaxed. When our body is depleted we are either aching all over and very agitated or totally limp. Neither of these two are to be relaxed. When our mind is devoid of energy it is so agitated that it or we just can't stop thinking. Further to this discussion there is relaxation on several different levels. There is relaxation of the body, of the mind, of the psyche, of the soul and of the spirit. For each of these parts to be relaxed certain food or energy must be given to each part. That is a different energy for each part and an energy that is in sync with the nature of the part. To relax the spirit we must give fulfillment of deep purpose. Spiritual work producing transformation. For the psyche ethical and correct conduct in the ...

In Chaos the Essential - (5971)

We in our life are faced with so many options and after a while we get confused as which is the best one to focus on. Because of time limitations we after all want to focus on the thing that will bring the most benefit for our effort and time. Which practice do we do most and focus on? The Gnostic answer is on transforming ourselves and clearing our karma. However we need to still find our answer which will in our way somehow coincide with that or not. We just have to first look. The key is in the dilemma or conundrum. The key word is focus. If we start by focusing on focus, things will become clear because that is how we got confused in the first place by having lost focus. Once we can focus we can focus on the essential part of ourselves and life.  The essential could be to find connection to our essence and flow of life so that we share some connection to above in us and some connection to the future in this life and beyond it. End (5971).

Applications of Relaxation Notes - (5970)

Introduction As simple and as great the tendency is to zoom past the stage of relaxation, it is very very beneficial to spend at least a week or more seeing everything through the eyes of relaxation. If we are to do this experiment, we will see how so much of our spiritual practice is enhanced by taking relaxing into account. Here are some applications that if we relax well, we can truly give ourselves a very good chance at successfully completing the practice or responding well to the situation. 1.) Listening 2.) Entering a sacred space or place 3.) Talking 4.) Understanding anything 5.) Reading 6.) Dangerous situations 7.) Stressful or hectic situations 8.) Dealing pain and suffering Some Notes Mastering relaxing our physical body will teach us next how to relax our psyche, which is most important of all. To relax the spirit is different. It is relaxed with fulfillment and by right thinking, right feeling and right action. If we are not relaxed something is wrong somewhere within us....

Special Revelation when Close to Dissolving an "I" - (5968)

When we are close to unravelling an "I" there will come a special experience that will reveal a memory or a knowing from where that defect was created and or strengthened.  We will have this experience either physically while reading, talking or visiting someone, some place or either in a dream or while doing an esoteric practice. This experience will reveal the causes behind that ego by showing the circumstances of the past in which it was created.  There will be direct correspondence in the feeling of the ego now in the present day and the circumstances that were the causes of its origin. If there are no correspondences in feeling the experience is simply off. This an important experience that gives us a big relief and marks a definite step towards that "I" being dissolved. The strange thing to understand is that the same circumstances that created that ego may be present in a similar way today or they may not. If they are it make sense as there is a trigger but i...

Psychological Isolation Needed to Express a Soul Quality - (5969)

To express a quality of our soul whatever it is we slowly find out after falling short many times that the better our degree of separation or psychological isolation the better we can express it. The separation or psychological isolation cuts the link of impressions from the other person and the subjective justice call from our own psyche. Our main inner block to expressing a value is the call from our mind: "that it is not fair that we give a beautiful soul value to someone who does not reciprocate". To express a soul quality we must be independent of impressions from others as well as the unfair complaint from inside. The way to find that separation is to see that we are always compensated by our Inner Being for expressing our soul qualities and non-identification with the person - "I am a soul" "I am a soul" "I am a soul" "that is them - I am here a soul". End (5969).

Tendency to Jump or Throw When Up High - (5967)

Often when we go to a building roof top or a high cliff or are walking on a jetty going out to sea there is that strange suggestion that arises in the mind to jump accompanied by strange anxious feelings of falling or sinking into the water. These thoughts and feelings as strange as they are, are semi-conscious instinctive memories and are due to us at some point in our past lives having thrown ourselves or have been pushed or having pushed others. They are semi-conscious in the sense that we feel them instinctively but we don't remember from where they come from. That debt though cancelled physically lives on inside our psyche.  These feelings tell us that there is more work to do to investigate within and comprehend and dissolve what we have found. When we go to these high places or jetties it is like we relive the drama or tragedy in our mind. End (5967).

Monkey and the Donkey - Mind - (5966 )

A monkey and a donkey seem to be the universal symbols of the mind.  Both words have a 'key' in them and they differ by the first letter. Coincidentally the 'm' and the 'd' are the first and last letters of the word 'mind'. The monkey mind is the one jumps all over the place and the donkey mind is the one that is so stubborn that does not want to give up thinking. These two animal symbols give the key to the mind. The mind in its untrained nature is stubbornly distracted. Perhaps with these two symbols we can get a glimpse into the significance of 'm' and 'd' as letters. It seems 'm' covers breadth and is affirmative while 'd' is narrow and negating. End (5966).

Negation for the Affirmation - Not Only Negation - (5962)

We find that we truly need to die (negate the conditioned essence), yet dying and not going forward with the fruits of death (affirming the free essence), which are the qualities, abilities and powers of our soul, is unbalanced.  We need to work in negation towards affirmation. Working with negation gives us the ability to affirm. Affirming without prior negation causes us to trip over and negating only makes us turn bitter and eventually stand still. On the path and everywhere we walk on two legs, and these two legs are negating and affirming. If we get stuck on one leg only, we'll topple over because we become unbalanced. End (5962).

What Does the Seven Rounds and Seven Races Wake Us Up to? - (5965)

This topic helps us to break at least the following conceptions: 1.) The idea that we are the first wave of humans on this earth. 2.) That we are the only ones in the cosmos. 3.) That our external development, science and technology is at the highest level the earth has ever seen in time. 4.) That we are at the start of a continuous line of evolutionary development. 5.) That our average lifespan is the longest so far and will end up being the longest. 6.) That our inner development, consciousness and knowledge of ourselves and the cosmos is the most developed so far in time. The seven rounds and seven races talk replaces the broken concepts with the following teachings: What is important is not to believe in the details of each of the races but to loosen and consciously open  the way we think about the Earth and humanity. This opening will allow and support new understandings of ourself, humanity and give us a reference to place our own memories and inner knowing that will along th...

Energy Follows Energy - Energy Does not See Morality - (5963)

Energy follows energy via the laws of magnetism, reciprocity and concentration. It does not follow morality, it follows those three laws mentioned above, and of course others. To pray in pain, in the feelings of a martyr and out of morbid sacrifice doesn't bring what we are yearning for but more pain. What we emit we magnetise. If we emit pain we bring pain. Putting our energy into emitting pain by the laws mentioned above brings pain to us. Putting energy and attention into pain brings only more of the like. Energy follows 'like' it does not follow morality in the sense that because we are making ourselves to suffer we are going get help and positive energy. Which is what morality does but the energy of the universe doesn't follow human morality. It follows 'like' for 'like'. If we want happiness show that you want it by making efforts to be happy and help to be happy will come. To awaken and die is to be free of pain yet with wrong attitudes we bring m...

Where Do You Think our Innate Wisdom Comes From? - (5961)

Mostly from evolution. Through the journey our essence undertakes through the three previous kingdoms of nature. Of course also from past lives and from the Inner Being itself and the consciousness, there is much innate wisdom. Each mineral, plant and animal life that we have had has built up in us an understanding of life and creation. It has also taught us certain lessons about the laws and principles of creation. Each life teaches us values that our essence has but needs developing and knowledge about why and how to use it. That's why some people even as humans are 'strong as a bull', 'brave as a lion', 'cunning as a fox' and 'sly as a serpent', 'slippery as a fish' becasue they learnt really 'well' those lessons from their journey through the kingdoms. Even as human beings we are still learning these values. It happens as people in the work we are learning those lessons at fast rate through dissolving the ego. Dissolving the ego i...

The Planned is Ël Stupido" and the Unplanned is Intelligent - (5960)

So often does what we plan work out. When it does work, it is not always that smooth and everything is as we hoped. Actually, very rarely does what we plan work out so brilliantly for all. There's always a hitch, there's always something that goes wrong. Something changes and things get messed up and it all gets difficult and tricky to fix, and above all it's hard work. When we are not expecting something and we haven't planned for it, what happens and especially how it happens is amazingly intelligent, plus works out perfectly and so smoothly. This lesson of life - tells us to wait, let go of the mind and trust more in the Universe to bring what we would like to happen. End (5960).

Want to Grow Taller Need Deeper Roots - (5959)

If we want to grow more inwardly, and be able to keep relatively stable in difficult times, we like trees, need deep roots. Deep roots are a deep understanding of the teachings and a strong practice of them. Especially the fundamentals.  Strong in the practical fundamentals helps us more than anything. End (5959).

Speak of Unity and Love Often Disappoint - (5956)

An eternal disappointment in listeners is when they hear spiritual teachers or practitioners speak of love and unity, and then later on in decisions, attitudes and behaviours the love and unity previously spoken of is not there. This happens all the time not really because of there being a lack of love and unity, it is just that in this world it is difficult to apply fully and often it is there but misperceived or expectations are unrealistic. It is out of reality to expect full and perfect unity and love. The full love and unity is only close to being perfect within ourselves between ourselves and our inner parts. Love and unity can not be expressed perfectly physically all the time, it will always be seen as one sided or incomplete or imperfect due to relativity, different points of view, karma and the presence of so many opposing factors that have to be balanced.  Sometimes even it is not there and the teacher or practitioner has indeed contradictions within him or her and what ...

A New Order in Gnostic Teaching - (5958)

Priorities constantly shift in applying Gnosis. Over the years we have seen the priority shift numerous times. A recent shift has been to priorities the awakening and the application of soul values to accelerate the liberation of the conditioned essence. When the Gnostic movement first begun the priority was Alchemy, later it shifted to mystical death and we all know why.  In terms of teaching Gnosis now days, given that students have such short attention spans, the intelligent order is to focus impactfully on the essentials while we have their attention. What really are the essentials and what would a new priority be? What makes most sense is to focus the teachings on liberating the essence as a priority.  Previously teachings were focused on how the essence is trapped. Now days that tends to be received as depressing information and does not serve much purpose to students other than making the class atmosphere overly serious and heavy. It is more beneficial to all to focus o...

When Needing Order - Inner Silence is an Amazing Tool - (5957)

When we find ourselves in a state where we need to establish some kind of order in a our physical life. We need to first establish an inner order.  We can establish an outer order but if there is not an inner order to support we will find ourselves lost and in disarray again - out of order. One of the best tools to establish an inner order is inner silence. When seriously providing the conditions for inner silence to appear within us and maintaining it, the magical ordering power of silence can begin to work.  Inner silence brings internal energies into harmony by giving us visibility of what truly and deeply priority for us. This is because inner silence allows the truer and deeper reference point within us to surface. Silence gives space for the reference point that is deeper and more aligned with our Inner Being to come into view. With the truer and deeper reference point clearly in view we can establish order. Order is to give to the chosen reference point priority. With o...

Three Types of Sexuality Notes - (5876)

Introduction We could say that the three types of sexuality are the law of three in the sense of the very classical, three dimensions of a planet which are the:  1.) Infra-dimensions 2.) Physical dimension 3.) Superior dimensions. Note, these are also the same as the three regions of a physical space, a building for example: the basement, ground floor and the upper floors. Which really comes from the three stages of everything which is beginning, peak and end. The three types of sexuality are: infra, normal and supra which correspond directly to these three dimensions of a planet. This is because human sexuality is intimately linked to the planet. Universality of Sexuality Sexuality has a very real reality and it is a true force of the cosmos. So much already has been written about how everything is essentially sexual in nature and how everything through hundreds of derivations comes from sexuality. The base values of sexuality are expressed in these three classes of sexuality. The...
