Dreams Day and Night - (5743)

One the really helpful teachings of Dream Yoga is that we are to see day and night as the dream experience. We may agree about the night being a dream but not about the day. Right? The more we think about it, the more we will see that the day is lived through dreams, just like our dreams at night are. We spend most of the day dreaming, and we really live in our dreams. It is often the case that our dreams make us to face the day and battle on. We have a dream about everything we have, do and are. We have a car and there is a dream about the car. We dream that with the car we can drive here, there and everywhere and it won't breakdown and will make us happy etc. etc. Just look at your life and you will see it is totally full of dreams and we live trying to fulfill those dreams, in fact we live for those dreams. Day and night are so related. What we do (dream) in the day affects our night and what we dream at night affects our day. How many times have we seen that what we did in the ...

Responsibilty and Consciousness in the Day - (5742)

Let's face it. Being conscious is an intentional and voluntary action, which implies being responsible. To be conscious implies responsibility.  Consciousness and responsibility are very related. For how long in the day can we be responsible? For how long do we realistically think we can be responsible for? For how much of the day do we want to be responsible for? To be responsible means to be fully conscious about our decisions and to stick to them once they are consciously made, and to follow through with what we have consciously spoken. All of this implies remembering what we decided and promissed. To be responsible means to be conscious. If we don't really want to be responsible we can't be conscious. Because not being responsible means that our consciosuness does not actualise into anything. The decisoins of our consciousness are always broken and not held into manifestation.  We should only really start to be conscious for the duration in which we can be responsible. ...

Ignore the Tone - (5741)

It is good training when working on the ego in us to pay attention to what is said. Listen carefully to the content. The content is often all ok. No problems, no reaction on our part. But the tone often is the one that irritates us. That is the training right there - to not identify for a second with the tone.  If we focus on the content, forgetting the tone, while we are working to dissolve the "I" that reacts, our work will be easier because we won't strengthen the "I" we are trying to dissolve.  End (5741).

Correct Not as Reaction - (7540)

The best moment to bring someone's attention to something or to speak about a correction is when we are outside of relativity. Meaning not as a reaction. Someone corrects us and we say: "what about you, you do this and that the same...". That strengthens our pride and means we have not transformed what was said into consciousness. A good way is to stay calm, listen and look inside and learn, forget all about the person doing the correcting and whether they are virtuous or not and look with our consciousness for what's true.  Then when we are content from having seen the truth, wait and let the other person know kindly and calmly about an error if there was one on and also if we think it is in their benefit. Not as a reaction or a comeback but because something was factually incorrect or out of place. End (7540).

Help to Reflect on the Case of Suicide - (5738)

It is always difficult to understand why a person commits suicide. We too often say: "They had everything, just why did they do it? Couldn't they have gotten help? Why didn't someone see the symptoms and watch over them?". When we look at it entirely from the human perspective we realy don't find much understanding and therefore we are no closer to understanding what happened and why.  When we think psychologically and esoterically about it we can understand something, and that understanding gives us some light, and that light gives us some relief. There are some teachings in Gnosis about suicide that we can't tell others who are trying to process the loss of someone dear to them. There are many other teachings that are very useful. Here are some of them that are helpful to process this. Everyone through the course of their many lives on this Earth has to pass through many lessons. Some of those lessons are to do with death and dying. We all need to learn abou...

Alert Like the Warrior - (5739)

The warrior lives alert. Intensely present and alert to detect anything emerging from the subconscious. Insults and reprimands do not hurt the consciousness. They don't hurt the "I" either but the "I" feels hurt.   The best magic shield that the warrior has, is to remember the Being within. That is, to remember being a Being. To remember our identity as being the consciousness of a Divine Being. A human being feels to have been treated unfairly, humiliated, spoken to harshly etc. The consciousness does not cling onto any impression, it allows words and impressions to pass through itself. Negative words and sharp bighting tones do not register injury. Simply because there is not the identity of a person or the "I" present to be hurt.  End (5739).

Radical Psychological Separation Notes - (5737)

Radical psychological separation is powerful. It is needed to work on the "I's" that are very well and alive, are extremely sensitive super quick to react. To produce the state of separation within us, that is our consciousness separate from that "I" we need some elements working wihtin us. We need preparation in the way of a background force to help us start and force to help us maintain it.   The background force is definition to die and transcendence is the force to allow us to keep separated. When we really need to die because it is getting too painful, brings the definition to die. Transcendence is the force that because of our definition to change instructs us to go above good, evil, wrong, right, fair, unfair, convenient, inconvenient, logical, illogical etc.  All because we need to change and what is what is fair, logical, right, good convenient for us and our work and consciousness. To maintain separation we can't allow our attention to be hooked by...

Divine Mother Helps But Sometimes Needs to Make a Deal - (5736)

The Divine Mother listens to us, but sometimes for her to help us, as we are asking for, she needs to make a deal with us. If we first learn something that She also wants and needs that we learn, She will then help us. Often that which we need to learn is a priority before the Divine Law (our karma), that our Divine Mother before the Law has agreed to help us with. That is why the help does not come so often, because in the deal we do not fulfill our part first. We usually would like the help first, but it is not always that way.  In life it goes, we buy the bus ticket then we get on the bus. If we speak to her just like we do to a human friend, being exactly as we are, with our weakenesses and limitations and be so sincere exactly as we are. we feel that she listens and through the space of the heart (subtle feeling) we feel her replies. She too like us is under pressure. She too is in the middle and needs to negitiate to help both us and Herself. End (5736).

If We want Something - We Have to Start to Give It, Be It - (5735)

As hard as it may be for us, the more we may want something, the more we will find that we have to give and be it. What we always what, boils down to being some kind of quality or value. So then, that is what we have to do next, is to give and be that quality or value for ourselves and to the world. End (5735).

To Give to Our Being - (5734)

One of the best things we can give to our Being is the death of our pride. Imagine offering our real efforts of sacrificing our pride to our Inner Being. They are huge efforts and they count for a lot. End (5734).

Control is not Losing Control so as to Control - (5733)

To lose control of ourselves falling into anger or fear, then trying to control can' t be said to be true control. That is the way of normal control. We try to control because of fear. We try to control things so that what we are afraid of does not happen. The real control, is being in control of ourselves no matter what the circumstances are.  End (5733).

Actions Done in the Name of the Your Being Compensate - (5732)

Anything we do in the name of the Being, though it be costly, difficult or unfair in the moment, will always be worth it. Compensation will always come. Compensation will always come from the same people or ciurcumstances that were unfair. If compesation does not come from the same people or circumstances, compensation will come internally.  The Being always compensates. The Being does not punish. The Being educates us by transactions and compensation, teaches m.m.m.  The Inner Being does not pay what is done in love, with the opposite. The Being always compensates with in the like value. This we need to meditate on and put deep into our consciousness so that it comes to the surface of our mind when we are in the heat of the moment and about to react. When we feel that we have responded with a value and others did not reply with the like value, rest assured compensation will come. No need to feel the sting of unfariness. End (5732).

Types of Consciousness and Areas of Consciousness - (5722)

Introduction This is general information about some of the different types of consciousness and the different areas in which we can awaken. For example, when doing the Rune FA - imagining the soalr Christic energy from the sun entering the palms of our hands, we can see that the solar energy tries to go into the centres which the mantras: FA FE FI FO FU vibrate. The solar Christic energy helps us to awaken to our past (FA), our word (FE), our imagination (FI), our heart - superior emotions (FO) and our telepathy and emotion in general (FU). These are real areas of ourselves that we can awaken, awaken to and awaken in.  Types of Consciousness Mineral The consciousness required to live and process life as a mineral. There are scales of consciousness depending on the function of the mineral. In the evolving side of mineral life, with the essence being free, there is consciousness to deal with the cosmic function of the mineral, which has to do with its role in the interchange of cosmi...

Listening is of the Emotional Centre - (5731)

Listening is not really of the intellectual centre. It is really of the emotional centre. When we listen with the intellectual centre we tire easily, we often disagree and protest, and get lost in thought. Consequently, we stop listening. Listening with the emotional centre can only make us open and receptive. It creates the right attitude to listen and it also allows empathy to appear in us. When there is some empathy, there is some good will and when there is good will, understanding is not far away. The consciousness manifests most through the emotional centre. So using the emotional centre calls forth the consciousness the most. The thing is to experiment and get experience. End (5731).

Anger as Subconscious Communication - (5730)

Often people get angry because they are unhappy about the way something is going. In those cases their anger is there trying to tell others that they are unhappy.  It is a kind of communication that is not very clear, is often confusing, and often instead of bringing out the sympathy in others, it brings out their animosity. It is better to be conscious and to express consciously with good reasons what is not going well and how it can be changed for the better. The conclusion here is to notice when anger is present as a way of communication and to then bring it into the light. End (5730).

Some Interesting Observations when the Body is Unwell - (5729)

Instinctive Astral Unfolding  When we are sick our instinctive ability to leave the body becomes more active than normal. We find that we drift in and out of the body a lot easier that normal. The connection between the physical and the astral becomes looser than normal. We instinctively want to leave the body to give the body a chance to heal, and for us to receive some relief from the aches and pains.   We often only know about the instinctive ability to return to the body when astral projecting, for example when we escape a scary dream by instinctively returning to our physical body. Yet we can also instinctively astral project as well. When the body is sick we learn about this. The conclusion here is that our instinctive centre knows about astral projection and it knows both how to leave and how to return. Thought from the Body's Intelligence When we are sick unusual thoughts come to us in the way of memory. These thoughts are to make us aware of what made us sick. Th...
