We Bring Certain Tests upon Ourselves - (293)

Introduction

We actually bring certain tests upon ourselves, this is surprising but true. Our normal idea of the tests is that they come to us unexpectedly, in a moment’s notice without us being aware of them and without us being able to avoid them. That idea is certainly true, I’m sure we have all experienced one or another test small or large in that way. However there are tests or certain situations that become tests all because we prepare them or lay down the circumstances for them to unfold all by ourselves, well not entirely by ourselves there is always the help of others.

Foresight is Key

These types of tests can be avoided and diverted as they are developing if we are smart enough and have enough foresight. We actually prepare some of our temptations and difficulties by dabbling and by thinking about such situations and the act of thinking about them tends to bring them to us, even being scared of certain situations actually brings them to us.

Gaining Foresight

Foresight is best gained by looking into the future using cause and effect. If we are aware of the way things currently are, we can then project using the principle of cause and effect the future circumstances that will involve us.

Conclusion

In our thoughts are the seeds of our future circumstances, just think now and then if what we are thinking or hoping were to come true what circumstances would unfold before us or actually around us with us being right in the very middle of them. It is always good to take this into account and use the future as a tool or a motivation to change the present.

End (293).
