How do you Know Something is Wrong? - (548)

Introduction

Question: How do you something is wrong? Answer: By pain being felt.

If we feel pain of some sort then something is wrong.

Why Pain?

Pain is all about consequences, where pain is felt is where the action has the strongest negative effect, that is, where it is the most wrong.

In general if we get a negative result or circumstance then it was wrong.

Pain Teaches

Pain teaches and shows us what gets affected. We may think that there is nothing wrong with what we do but if it causes us pain somewhere then that is where the error or the wrong is.

For example we may do something and think that there is nothing wrong with it at all. But later, it usually always takes a while, (sometimes not though) we start to feel pain. Where we feel pain that is where the wrong is. We may be expecting to feel pain from the outside going in, but it can be from the inside going out, and that is when we need to be sharp in our observation to see the pain that was the e result of some wrong, action, concept or attitude.

Conclusion

This is an interesting key if we want to find out if something we have done or doing is wrong. Look for the pain very carefully. It could be a moral pain, an emotional pain, a thought pain or a physical pain.
