1.) Observation, comprehension and Elimination.
2.) Transformation of impressions.
3.) Non-identification.

  1. Transformation of impressions is not possible without non-identification. You know this.

    First, we stop identifying with a defect. Then, we comprehend it. And by virtue of comprehension (and elimination), we are able to transform the impressions that that defect used to latch on to.
    You also know this.
