In the work of holding our attention, I've found that the most important skill is knowing how to get our attention work back on track.
There are so many times that we momentarily lose it and so many times that we just fall off the track altogether.
Not getting that attention work back on track is when things are going well in that work.
Losing our watch on our attention is not counter-productive, what is really counter productive is not getting it back.
Getting our attention back is the same as holding it because when we are holding our attention, we are getting our attention back each instant, each moment.
I will write about some specific tricks and tips to get the work of holding our attention.
