Introduction
We can struggle for years with something and fall into something
for ages until we one day don’t know deep within our mind that it is wrong to
do that something.
Reason Why we Struggle
Basically, the reason why we fall into that something, is
because deep down in our mind we think that it is not wrong and that it is very
enjoyable, right and fun.
First Steps to Remedy
So the steps to remedy this situation is to first of all by
ourselves see what is wrong with it and if we honestly find something wrong
with it make that understanding go deeper into our mind.
The Change
In other words once we have honestly understood that that
something is wrong or inconvenient, the trick or key to success is to transfer
that understanding to the subconscious, and it is from then on that we really
begin to change.
Conclusion
Still down somewhere by yourself and just think deeply and
extensively about honestly why that something is wrong or inconvenient to you
and try above all else to arrive at your own conclusion, where you really
understand that it is wrong, when we really begin by ourselves to understand
that it is wrong we stop feeling afraid and guilty and we experience a mini
eureka moment and most importantly we begin to change ever so naturally.
