Yes the Faculties have a Down Side! - (932)

Introduction

The faculties of the chakras can certainly have a negative aspect to them and this I think is really worth knowing!

It is worth knowing this because a lot of people when they start Gnosis really want to have all these faculties and they think that it would be really great to have all these faculties. That is why they want them, but I honestly think if you were to somehow magically give them all the faculties that they want they would end up much worse off than what they are now and that is why, by the way we don’t have them.

With the ego alive the faculties do a lot more bad than good, that is for sure.

Telepathy for Example

Take telepathy for example. The faculties are faculties and they perceive good and bad things and so with telepathy if a person has something of this faculty one can catch the negative waves coming from people and this can produce some unpleasant emotions or feelings  and of course your own egos of self-love and preoccupations can take this information coming from their telepathic sense and cause the person to worry, get scared and feel uncomfortable.

Telepathy can also receive the positive waves from people which makes you feel at ease and well but most people have heaps of egos that are always emitting negative waves and so most of the time a person with a bit of telepathy may not always feel at ease compared to one who does not have that sense.

So just imagine then if a person has no telepathy then they will feel fine a lot more of the time.

Other Cases

Even I know a case of someone with a bit of clairvoyance and that has done that person the worst damage ever. Because simply they have too much fear and a lack of a kind of spiritual maturity and so they just can not handle seeing all these negative things that here on Earth predominate over the positive things!

So if you want faculties prepare yourself to see, hear and feel bad stuff all the time and be quite bothered by it. But if you think you can handle it there is no one stopping you! Maybe your own Being?

Conclusion

So in conclusion count your blessings that you don’t have faculties. They are best received when the ego in us is very small. Otherwise we distract ourselves from the real wot that we have to do which is to die psychologically. And of course with the ego alive we end up misusing the faculty creating more karma which makes our psychological death or spiritual progress a lot slower.

Extracting Information from the Subconscious - (931)

Introduction

Our biggest problem in the psychological work is the subconscious. For the reason it is not clear and transparent to us. It is vague, confusing, unclear, hard to get a handle on, elusive, and a little mysterious.

If we could see the reasoning and motives clearly our problems would certainly be solved. It is because we can’t see what is precisely going in the subconscious is the reason why things are difficult.

That difficulty comes in the form of not being able to control our emotions, not being able to stop our suffering with the ego and not being able to really understand what is going on with us.

In fact when we don’t know the subconscious we are basically controlled by it, which of course for everyone is a very unpleasant experience especially if the element in our subconscious produces negative emotions.

Separating from the Subconscious

In relation to the subconscious there are only really two things that we can do to deal with it. One is to meet it and look into it and transform it into light or the other is to separate ourselves from it. Both are not easy and in the beginning we can only really do the first one of looking into so to extract the real concern, belief, protest or way of thinking that is in the subconscious. When we have big enough essence we can separate ourselves from it.

A Need to Extract Light from It

There then is a huge need to extract light from our subconscious or either to transform it into light.

The subconscious is the place from which our awakening comes from. It is the place from which we take our light from and it is the place that we use to amplify our awakening and psychological death or transformation.

It is our place of darkness and so it is our own abyss and as Master Samael said the abyss is the place where the Gods are gestated. So too for us, the work of transforming darkness into light is done via our subconscious and it is the grounds upon which our awakening and psychological liberation sprouts from.

Where is the Subconscious Felt?

We feel subconscious or the effects of the subconscious all over our body. The subconscious leaves our body feeling something. The subconscious is primarily an emotion as well as body language and instinctive impulses.

That feeling of the subconscious in the body is the door way into the subconscious, and it is precisely there where we need to focus our attention so to extract the light from it.

The Process

There is a technique to do this and it is focus your attention on the feeling felt in the body. Usually the subconscious gives us a type of feeling right in the centre of the body.

Step 1

What we have to do next is to really try and get a handle on it. Once we have a handle on it we can delve deeper and get to the bottom of it.

Also when you focus you will feel a tiny easing up or shift in the body’s feeling.

Step 2

So to get a handle on it we have to ask ourselves what is it a feeling of? What does it like or similar to? We will come up with a word or two and then reflect this back onto the feeling and ask yourself does seem right? Usually it is not quite right, but close.

Step 3

We then have to repeat this process getting closer and closer until it is spot on.

Step 4

We will know when we get it because it feel spot on and it will be like a mini revelation. The body will also you as well with a feeling of release or relief.

Conclusion

The answer to what we are looking for is in the feeling from the subconscious. The wisdom locked up in the subconscious is there in the feeling. It is there waiting for just to focus our attention on it. With this work of extracting light from the subconscious we get our light back again.

Some Egos Just Don’t Want to See the Reality- (930)

Introduction

We have to at times show the reality to some egos and show it to them in a very strong and intense way so that they can start to get the message. What they need to see is what the physical facts mean or imply or telling us and everyone else who sees it.

Obsessions

Lust is really bad at times when it comes to not seeing reality. Other egos are quite bad as well. In fact obsessions are egos that just don’t want to see reality. They grow so strong in their fantasy that they can’t be convinced anymore of what reality is telling them.

With Force and Command from the Essence

Anyway with some egos we have to come to accept the reality before they can be even worked on, and for them to see reality we have to address the subconscious part of them with determination, firmness and force – real command from our mind and will.

Repeat it and repeat until it sinks in!

Important Lesson from Master Samael to do with Affection - (929)

Introduction

This lesson comes from Master Samael’s book “The Three Mountains” where he writes about how he successfully performed the fourth labour of Hercules.

This lesson is really a supremely important one for everybody to know, learn and to apply. It is useful for some people all of the time or some of the time or at least once at some point in a person’s life.

Excerpt

“In the name of truth I must confess frankly and openly that the Fourth Labour turned out to be tremendously easy for me; however I had to pass through a delicate test.

In an old park of the city I saw myself talking to a noble lady; somebody that was doubtless a great friend.

We were sitting very close on a bench, feeling a great mutual love. For an instant we appeared to be lovers, but... Suddenly I remembered my Divine Mother Kundalini! Then I diverted this current of love towards the interior and upper regions, towards my adorable Mother...

At that instant I said with all the strength in my soul: "This love is for my Mother!...''.

In this way Hercules diverted the course of a river so that its waters would flood the Stables of Augeias. (Let those who have understanding understand, because here there is Wisdom).”

Comment

What Master Samael did is to direct all his feelings of affection, love even sexual force towards and to His Divine Mother. If he would have not done that his forces would have gone outside of him and he could well have been in trouble. He may not have performed that labour and so he would have become stagnated.

Conclusion

We need to do this many times in our life. Remembering, that the right place for our energies to be directed is towards is our Father or Divine Mother.

Stuck at Work for a Reason - (928)

Introduction

As people who begin to see that what really matters is using our time to work on ourselves we naturally don’t want to be spending large amounts of our time on things that are not to do with the work. And so we logically don’t want to really be at work working hard in an office, shop, yard or wherever it may be that we are employed.

A Reason

Though we are there in our place of work for a particular reason, a reason other than to earn money so to pay for our food and shelter and other needs.

We have to find that reason, and that reason has something to do with our psychology and of course karma. But I would say more to do with acquiring some psychological value that we are not cultivating. Instead we are cultivating the opposite of it and that is what keeps us stuck there in that workplace.

When we decide to cultivate that value we begin to also pay off any karmic debts that we have accumulated from not cultivating that value in the first place.

An example of a reason could be that we are always just doing the minimum and are taking always more than giving and we don’t like to integrate ourselves into the project and co-operate fully with our attention, our dedication and our good will.

General Formula to Become Unstuck

We are stuck at work for some reason or reasons, we may think that we should not be working and should be able to give all to Gnosis but the reality is that we are stuck in the office or shop or yard etc., and we are stuck there for a special ultimately esoteric or spiritual reason.

So the formula is to first find out what that reason is. That reason can be found in the direction of what we are not giving or doing. It is in what we dislike or resist. Keeping that dislike or resistance is what is keeping us stuck.

What we have to develop is the exact opposite of that resistance.

The next step is to start to develop that value by exercising that value and dissolving the concepts and beliefs and resistance inherent to the opposite of that value.

Conclusion

Work hard to develop the value and then developing it we begin to leave that scenario and that frustration and experience something different and new. Sometimes we can leave the scenario all together or still be there but in a totally different state.

Personality – Long List of Points - (927)

Introduction

This post is a collection of notes on the personality that I jotted down while listening to a class on the Personality given by my marvellous missionary.

Definition

Personality in us is a psychological and energetic structure that is used by people to relate to the environment in which they are in. Personality is not used by people to relate to themselves but to the environment.

Personality is not us, it belongs to us and yet it doesn't because it is not really us.

Personality is developed through family, education and environment. The personality is like a sponge, that absorbs impressions and ultimately values from these three mentioned sources and stores them and then begins to express these values and the particular way of expressing these values is personality.

Personality is about expressing these vanes but not about being developing those inner values. The values of the personality are really external values.

Personality is what has been given to us. Our name, background, nationality, image, religion, culture is given to us. Personality is also developed within conditions and not according to an infinite totally unconditioned way. Personality develops within the conditions or limits of time, space, relativity and duality.

Foundations

The personality has two foundations which are physical and psychological. Physical foundations are many, so are the psychological.

What are the foundations of our life? It is basically our way of thinking, our self-concept and our self-image.

Self-concept is essentially a belief. Which means it is partly true and partly false.

Self-concept is what we project onto ourselves. It is a concept about ourselves. It is the result of mind, ego and personality taking the events of life and adding to the self-concept.

Self-image is divided into two parts one which is internal and the other which is external.

The self-image and self-concept that we have actually hinder our development.

Personality has a foundation: ingredients and characteristics. The foundations of the personality are false and subjective because they depend on what others think about us or rather more exactly what we think others are thinking about each us.

There are tangible and intangible foundations. Personality is intangible, something we can't hold in our hands but it has tangible manifestations. His like software, we can't hold, bend, bite, taste or touch it but its functions produce tangible real effects.

It is easier to respond to something physical that we lose, than something psychological.

The main foundation of our personality is our way thinking, specifically the way or what we think about ourselves.

Sometimes some values are so important that we can't live without it.

Characteristics

The characteristics of the personality are of the five centres which are: intellectual, emotional, motor, instinctive and sexual characteristics.

There are seven types of people, the three inferior, one in the middle and then three superior. The three superior are the spiritual type. The middle man is what we have to aim for, which is the person who has balanced all the three brains into one and does not have contradictions, and such a person has a high degree of responsibility in the maintenance of our psychological house.

Personality and Concepts

What we have of other people is a mental photo or representation of their personality. We develop concepts about people and because those concepts about their personality we rarely know people. We only relate to people through concepts.

Even concepts that we have of people are not really the real person.

Formation

Personality is formed in the first seven years of life and it develops through various experiences in life.

Personality is basically developed via imitation.

Personality can be modified though and indeed through the course of our life does change.

Furthermore personality does have many facets. One person can have a facet per environment, that is one facet at home and another with in-laws and another at work.

Belongs to Time and Space

Personality is temporal and belongs to time and space and is really the characteristics and qualities developed in time and space.

Personality of a Different Nature than the Work

We can't take the personality as a reference point for the work. This is because the personality is of a different nature than that of the work, the consciousness, the Being and the path.

Titles, social status etc. don't apply in esoteric schools became a premise of the mystery schools is that each member is regarded as an equal and the personality and its difference are not part of this, that is why when we enter the internal temples we do so without our personality and we enter as essences.

Conclusion to the Posts: “Interested in Someone Outside of Gnosis” - (926)

Summing it up

To sum up these posts about being interested in someone outside of Gnosis or either with someone who is already outside of Gnosis I would say do one’s best to give oneself the best chance possible in one’s work by looking for someone who is in Gnosis or someone who definitely without can be (because you asked and received definite confirmation), or if you are with someone already bring them to Gnosis.

Very Difficult Otherwise

Otherwise it is very difficult, many people in such relationships where one is in Gnosis and the other is not, suffer a lot because of the limitations that they constantly face. And the sad thing is that these limitations are not always overcome sometimes because they are very difficult to overcome and sometimes because they just can’t be overcome without a falling out or falling apart occurring.

Can’t Tell People to Break Up Though

This is such a very tricky point. People in Gnosis can’t really tell anyone to break up. That is really tricky business. It implies a lot of suffering and break ups always affect people quite deeply and affect a lot of others around them also.

To be the instigator of that is serious karmic business. Meaning as our actions cause pain, pain will find its way into our life. This never fails.

What can be done is to tell people who are on the verge of deciding to start something or get more seriously committed to think carefully, very carefully.

How Many Alchemy Partners in a Life can a Person Have? - (925)

Answer

To give an answer to this question straight off the bat without any introduction I would say that I honestly havn’t heard of there being a definite number.

Some People Say Three

Some people say three is the limit, though I have not read that in any of Master Samael’s books. This number could have come from perhaps Master Samael or Master Rabalu that was transmitted to a group of students in an informal meeting perhaps.

The Law

It is really a matter of the Divine Law, if a person has more than three it could be that the Law allows it because the previous ones became very ill or died or just by their own accord did not want to practice Alchemy anymore.

The Divine Law always takes a large part in assigning us with a wife or husband. A wife-husband relationship is a major thing in a person’s life and so the Divine Law must be involved so as to process our karmic debts and dharma and of course spiritual progress.

Cases

There are some cases where initiates are now or were with their, at least third wife. Perhaps the fourth I am not too sure on that but at least third.

What is for Sure!

You can only have one Alchemical partner at a time! This is in accordance with the Alchemical precepts.

Wait a Year

If one for the right reasons such as death or blatant refusal to transmute has to divorce or separate from their Alchemical partner it is recommended that one should wait a year for the all the accumulated atoms from the ex-partner to dissipate from your system especially the spinal column.

This is because if a new partner is introduced so quickly the atoms from the new partner can produce a short circuit in the sushumna canal through which the kundalini rises. Such a short circuit will definitely affect the movement of the kundalini up the spinal column.

Can Someone who has a Partner Outside of Gnosis Awaken the Kundalini? - (924)

Answer

To give an answer straight up – I would say that it is too hard to say.

Why Too Hard to Say?

Because there are points for and points against and there are very few cases to go by. The majority of cases of people who have awakened the kundalini are those where both parties are active in Gnosis or rather actively engaged in the work on themselves.

Points For

If a person who is in Gnosis works in the Alchemy well on his or her part and is sincere in the work and is doing his or her best and is accumulating merits then something has to move then in their favour, doesn’t it?

You would think that it would happen one day that such a person awakens their kundalini. The Law always assesses each soul on its own merits, so why not if such a soul has the merits for it.

Points Against

Such a couple where one is transmuting and one is not, is not really an Alchemical couple. One would think that an Alchemical couple is needed for the results of the Alchemy to bloom, with one of the fruits being the awakening of the sacred fire - kundalini.

There are very few cases to go by and use as a reference and if there are, they need to be verified because it is unusual that such a person who is not a missionary and has a partner who is not working on him or herself awakens the kundalini. It could well be possible but you just don’t see that around very often. Maybe they are around and just keep silent because they themselves think that it is not possible and they do not want to expose themselves to ridicule.

Conclusion

So too hard to say really! You agree or disagree?

But what one should not do is take away hope. That is not good that is for sure!

Interested in Someone Outside of Gnosis? Some Recovery Advice - (923)

Introduction

This post is about presenting some psychological reflections that may be helpful when facing this situation, in particular when the person is divided and confused.

You’ve Felt Like this Before

I’m sure that this is not the first time that you have felt torn like this before or felt that you really like a person but it can’t be, and you don’t really want to have to face or accept that.

You have felt this before and guess what you are here again. This means that you will be here again in the future with someone else or maybe better you will be with someone else that is the right one for your work and you.

There are as they say many fish in the sea, and by law, for every person there exists a compliment so your compliment exists somewhere, it is just a matter of your paths crossing. This, of course, as everything in the physical world implies time and karma (merits etc.)

When your paths do cross you will feel that this person is the one and the person that you feel is the one now will be forgotten altogether, just like the previous one before this was.

The Law Deems it to be

Master Samael says that the Law is the one that gives us our compliment and so it will work when the law deems it to work. This person right now may not work because the law deems that it is not to be for you. To go against the law is not a good idea, especially if you can not offer them a better deal of being able to pay back your debts quicker and with a person who does not like the Gnostic work you are not going to be able to pay off your debts quicker, that is for sure.

This may seem a bit harsh but if something is taken from you it means that you don’t or didn’t need it. True or not true?

Work and Wait

Is a remedy, working hard in death and awakening is the best solution to bring the right compliment.

By nature all creatures are attracted to that which pleasantly appeals and not the opposite. With psychological death we become appealing in many senses and with awakening we come to see what is right and wrong for us.

You Feel you Really Love the Person…

You may well love the person, but they will find their compliment that is right for them and is that which the law deems to be for them. Being with you while you are in the work may not be the best thing for them, if you love them you will be happy for them to be happy.

You don’t have to kill your love, you can’t anyway but transform it you can or your Divine Mother can. Transformed into a deeper love and yearning for the Being inside.

Time will Heal

It feels sad and nostalgic and lonely. As each day passes you will feel better. As the reality of life moving forward in its natural flow comes more apparent you will see that you have your life and it is flowing no matter what. You will day by day jump more and more into that flow. And so the other person will do the same. When you are fully in that flow you are healed.

Everything is waiting for you, your Being and your work is there needing to be reached and done. Others need you and your help. Is one person more important than all of us and your Being? Or rather are your feelings of sadness, nostalgia and loneliness more important than your reality (your Being), your life, others when those feelings are temporary and can be modified or dissolved?

We are All One

We are all one. Even if you are not with the person you are still united on a deeper more esoteric level, at the level of Being. You will see the person again at another time in the future. Maybe you will see the person again in the very remote future, or near future but on another octave, perhaps in a different life who knows. But you will meet again. Are there any goodbyes really when we are ultimately all one?

Motivation to Work in Remembering Past Lives

Such a happening or event in our life is a great pointer to work in trying to remember our past lives. The feeling that you have is due to the past. The answer to where and why that person has come into your life is in what you feel. You have to focus on that feeling and extract from it the actual meaning of that feeling or know exactly what that feeling is. When you know that you have received or found a big clue to what was in the past. You now need to go to remember the past. Ask your Divine Mother for help and perhaps in meditation or in dreams or in a past life practice you can catch a memory of you and that person. This will give you an enormous amount of light. Knowing is really clarity, power, direction and the end of confusion, wondering, frustration and hoping and the start of accepting reality.

Interested in Someone Outside of Gnosis? Some Observations… - (922)

Introduction

This post presents some of the observations that I have made over the years of people in these situations. This may help a person to see things with a clearer head if a person finds him or herself in such a situation.

I really don't want to mock anybody, all I want to do with this post is to present the typical flawed ways of thinking and feeling that are experienced when people are in these type of situations. 

The Observations

Here below are some of the very typical things that are said, thought and felt when people are in the struggle of whether to continue with or not continue with the girl friend or boyfriend who is outside of Gnosis and doesn’t really like Gnosis .

The Redeemer

What often happens is that people feel as if they can fulfil the role of a redeemer, helping the person who is not in Gnosis to come to do the Gnostic esoteric work.

Many times the redeemer dreamer does not really know if the person not in Gnosis wants to do or is interested in doing some kind of spiritual work.

It is a bit of a dream identity, feeling to be a saviour or a redeemer based on the fact that the other person is not in the work and is apparently therefore not going so well and needs help. The person in the work feels to be in a better position and feels that he/she can help and so this comes to be a reason for the relationship that covers the real reason which may be a kind of lust, self-importance, self-love etc. or a recurrence from the past that and the nature of the relationship in the past may not have contained spiritual motivations.

This redeemer role is usually not carefully thought out because the person may not need redeeming or it may not be in the interests of their Being, it may be for another time or life? Who knows? Many people in normal life have the skills and knowledge to go through life more or less well and don't need the work to move to their end. The work is only for those whose Monads want the self-realization.

You know in a Gnostic relationship one redeems oneself with the help of the other. It is not really the case that one redeems the other. A guru helps to do that, but in a relationship between man and woman there is not a guru disciple relationship, it is a different type of relationship.

The Dreamer in Love

One feels to be in love and so one has to go ahead, and one can not let go. People in this state do not question that love to see how real it is or isn't. But it is good to do it so to be more conscious about the quality or nature of our own feelings.

An interesting thing though is what counts in a relationship are facts. Loving the person is good and right but it is your and their facts or actions that make it work. It is love carried into actions that is the magic combination.

The dreamer in love, believes he loves but in reality he/she may not. When he/she doesn’t but believes that they do, their feeling of love is taken from them in a second. As soon as the person disappoints you or does something that you don’t like it goes and all of a sudden the situation appears very difficult, which in this type of situation is good because it is a wake up call.

Classical Take Down but No One Sees it

Usually this type of situation is there to take people off the path. This is a classic take down. Though the very interesting thing is that when the person is in the middle of this situation they do not see it nor want to recognise it.

Delusions of Grandeur

One feels to have a tremendous love that can redeem or save the person. But the usual reality is that the one who feels that, that is the one who believes that he/she can save the other person has not been redeemed yet and is kind of struggling anyway. If they weren’t struggling they would not be in this situation in the first place.

In the practical realities of life it is very difficult to save another person, even when they are Gnostic, just ask any missionary and they will tell you that it is no piece of cake. Imagine for a person who is not in Gnosis it would be even harder and very taxing leaving you perhaps overwhelmed and drained and prone to give up.

Defensive

Usually people get very defensive as well. Maybe they know deep down that they are getting into trouble or are complicating and making their lives difficult and so they get defensive so to divert people’s attention from pointing this out to them.

But He/She is Very Spiritual

This is so common, people always say "but he/she is a very spiritual person". The facts though are that the person never comes to Gnosis and seems not to ever want to.

This is like a crutch that makes people to hang on or lead them to believe that it will work out for them. I have even heard people saying that their ‘new person’ is even more spiritual than most Gnostic people, but that person never comes to any Gnostic class nor meets the Gnostic people, and in most cases regards them with disdain.

Conclusion

Usually the person is under like a spell of self-deception that the person does not usually recognise or accept that and often feels very hurt when that is said to them. If the person gets very real and focusses on the solid realities of the situation the person can come out of that spell and see things clearly.

I am going to write a post about this matter of coming out of that spell and how one can work with the feelings that arise when one does this.

Interested in Someone Outside of Gnosis? If you are, read on for an Invitation to Think Carefully... - (921)

Introduction

Lately, memories related to this topic have been popping up quite frequently, so I thought that I might as well write about it, getting it all out of my head and onto the blog.

Maybe it may be useful for someone out there (I honestly don’t know who), because I think that sometimes this point crosses the mind of some Gnostic students and I think that it is worth knowing what Gnostic instructors have said (what is here is a collection of all that I have heard from Gnostic instructors) regarding this question.

First of All a Very Tricky Point

Once I came across a web site which was like a forum of some sort and on it were of course former Gnostic students airing their complaints about Gnosis. One complaint was that people can only marry people who are in Gnosis and that this was very cult like.

Well I think that if a Gnostic group would only allow people to marry others who are in Gnosis I would say that such a Gnostic group is going astray and is becoming cult like.

Though on the other hand I would certainly advise people against marrying someone outside of Gnosis. But if a person really wants to do it we can not and should not stop them. But in the interests of their essence we should tell them about past cases.

The fact is that there are many people in the Gnostic groups of the association that we belong to that are married to people outside of Gnosis and have even married people outside of Gnosis.

I will certainly write more about such cases later on, but to cap off this point. People in Gnosis are free to marry whom they please and it does not mean that they will be expelled from Gnosis either. Though as you will read later on in this post or in subsequent posts, marrying someone not interested in Gnosis has its definite pitfalls, that in time in all the cases have proven to be…well you will see later on.

Advice

Say if you are interested in someone outside of Gnosis what can you do? Here below is some advice.

Blunt and Honest

With respect for you as an essence looking towards the path or on the path and direct from what I have seen and from the best intentions for you to do well in your path without any sugar coating, here is some blunt and honest advice.

Ask yourself the following questions:

·         Is that person interested in Gnosis or esotericism? Have you even asked?

·         Will that person come to Gnosis, be interested and integrate into Gnosis?

·         Will that person understand what you will be going through when it comes to the work on the ego and the trials and tribulations of the path?

·         Will that person practice the Alchemy?

·         Will that person do their best to help you in the path?

·         Will that person allow you to devote more and more time to your work and to helping others in the work?

·         Will that person respect the Gnostic work and practices and even the Gnostic knowledge and people?

If the answer is no to any of these questions, then forget the idea (if you are only just thinking) but if you are more advanced then just thinking and actually are involved with the person then think carefully about going any further.

If you honestly see hope for the person in Gnosis then bring the person to Gnosis and find out directly if they will take to Gnosis and become actively involved and accompany you in the work and in the path and be interested in Gnosis for themselves and by themselves and not only because of you or so to not lose you.

What if you want to go further and you know you are getting into trouble or you just can’t end it? Then read below…

You have to work esoterically and very hard in all the senses. You don’t have much else that you can do.

There is the principle that a superior law washes away an inferior law. As your work improves and increases and your level of Being rises and you’re not going to be stopped then the Law and your Being will look for the appropriate companion or make your companion change. Even the level of being naturally makes changes amongst people.

If you are just thinking about it and then ask your real Being to show you if it will work Gnostically or not. But for God’s sake base your conclusion in reality, so many silly men base their decisions on silly small ineffectual details or coincidences.

Another thing that you can do, if you are just thinking, is to do a petition to your Being and just limit yourself to only get interested in the person if they somehow come to Gnosis or show some very positive signs of being interested.

What does it Mean to be Human in the Esoteric Sense - (920)

Introduction

We say in Gnosis that what makes us human is the human soul. The human soul lives for, by and in the values of the Being. The other way to live is by, for and in the values of the sleeping parts of the essence, which unfortunately do not make us fully real human beings. They, in manner a fact make us similar to and sometimes worse than animals.

Real Human Being

To be a real human being is to be the human soul in flesh and bones! Tiphereth is that which really makes us real human beings. The real human being can only be discovered and described from the ethical point of view. Certainly not from the physical point of view because a real human being and an intellectual animal as Master says look exactly the same.

Esoteric Dimension of the Real Human Being

The esoteric dimension of the human soul is the Being. The psychological dimension of the human soul is the many with the soul at the centre dictating the ethics of behaviour. A real human being is a divine being.

Intimate Christ and the Real Human Being

This is the human being that is really redeemed by the Intimate Christ.

Why is the Christ found in the cross? Because the vertical and horizontal crossbeams represent balance, and the Christ is found in balance!

The human soul is also the human face of the Intimate Christ, which is the side of the human being here amongst human beings! The human side of the human being is the physical aspect and the esoteric aspect is Atman. These are the two sides of the real human being having the human soul.

The Intimate Christ and the Typhon Baphomet or Lucifer are also one, forming the Christos-Lucifer. This means that the temptation of Lucifer is Christic and this is because with temptation the virtues are won and the soul learns, develops and strengthens itself.

Why do we have so Many Egos? - (919)

An Answer

Once again these words or this explanation comes from my marvellous missionary.

Ocean of Life

We have so many egos because of the shear vastness of the ocean of life or the waters of life that contain so many values. The Being is that vast ocean of life with an infinitude of values and functions.

Then as lust is related to the waters of life, lust has access to the waters of life and then using duality it corrupts the waters and what ends up happening is by the conditioning of duality, a shadow for every value of the Being in the ocean of life is created.

Contrast

It then comes unto us to contrast both polarisations or sides and then chose. There are those that in the past have made their choice and have defined themselves as demons or angels and then there are those which are the huge majority that have not chosen and move between both unknowingly and in the end are taken and cleaned by nature.

Why don't we Feel Remorse? - (918)

Because

These are not my words but the words of my marvellous missionary.

We don't feel remorse because we are very far from the Absolute outside and inside of ourselves. 

At first we feel remorse in relation to our own Absolute, that is our own Being and its parts, but when the person gets very close or closer to their Being, remorse is then felt not in relation to their Being but in relation to the greater Absolute outside of oneself. Here the Being begins to take over the process of remorse.

What does Comprehension Really Mean? - (917)

Introduction

The comprehension of the ego is our work, and it is actually much more than just knowing and understanding, though knowing and understanding are crucial essential elements of comprehension.

The part that we often don’t see that is a part of comprehension is the work of making the ego’ s function redundant. Adding the latter step to knowing and understanding we have comprehension in its complete sense.

Ego’s Function is Redundant

What comprehension of an ego really means is that we have come to replace that ego's function with the part of the essence that is responsible for exercising that function. This means that a part of the essence handles that function our of psychology and in any circumstance where that function needs to be exercised it is that part off the essence that carries out that function.

This really makes the ego totally redundant. This is what the comprehension of the ego is really in the complete sense.

Comprehension in its most Complete Sense

In the most complete sense if one knows the deep meaning of the ego and adds this to the what has been mentioned above regarding the comprehension of the ego then this is the comprehension of the ego in its most complete sense.

Mantra IO - (916)

IO

The mantra IO is one of the many sounds of the Divine Mother. It as you will find out when reading the excerpts below that it is very related to the number 10 which is intimately related to creation and the 10 Sephiroths.

Here below is what Master Samael says about it.

Excerpt – Samael Aun Weor Tarot ad Kabballah Arcanum 10

“The circle with a point in the centre is related with the mysteries of the Lingam/Yoni. The circle is the Absolute, the eternal feminine principle. It is the Yoni where all the Universes are born. The point is the Lingam, the eternal masculine principle. The circle with a point in the centre is the macrocosmos. These are the mysteries of the Lingam/Yoni with which Universes can be created.

The circle is receptive, the point is projective. If the point is projected, it is lengthened and it becomes a line.  It divides the circle into two.  When the point is in movement, then we have the Lingam/Yoni, the two sexes, masculine and feminine.

By taking the line out of the circle, we have the number ten, and the mantra of the Divine Mother.  The entire universe is a product of the sexual energy. Without the power of the creative energy, the universe could not be formed. Without the sexual creative energy there is no Universe. That is why the number ten is the formed principle of all of nature.

The point within the circle, that in movement makes itself into a line, can be found in the following ways.

We have seen that the number ten comes from that symbol, as well as the IO, which is the mantra of the Divine Mother, that also gives place to the ten emanations of Prakriti, meaning the ten Sephiroth of the Qabbalah.”

Conclusion

We can use this mantra to help ourselves to vibrate and come in tune with the qualities, principles of the Divine Mother and of course if we vibrate with the qualities and principles of the Divine Mother we come into tune with and invoke the Cosmic Divine Mother and our own particular Divine Mother herself.

One point to do with making mantras really work is that we have in our consciousness the principles of what we are trying to vibrate with. We need to focus on those principles and embrace them inside of ourselves and try to identify with them and be them with our concentration. Because the mantra is only a physical sound and the internal magic of the mantra is made possible when we focus and integrate with what we are trying to invoke.

A Mantra a Day Keeps the Mind at Bay – Mantra TUM - (915)

Introduction

Just recently I was writing to some very good friends about a mantra document. I’m not sure who, but someone has to put together a compilation of all or nearly all the mantras that can be found in Master Samael’s books. The only problem is that this compilation is in Spanish.

What I thought that I would do is from time to time post in English an excerpt from this compilation.

TUM

Excerpt 1 – Samael Aun Weor Tarot ad Kabbalah Chapter 36

“This last word is very important, it has three aspects which represent the three primary forces:

T:  The Father.

U:  The Son.

M:  The Holy Spirit.

This is a powerful mantra.  When pronouncing it, the forces of the Logos are attracted towards us.  In the instant when the Consecration of the bread and wine is performed the "Christic Atoms" descend and are actually transformed into the flesh and blood of Christ.  This is achieved by means of a channel which is open and directly communicates with the Logos through the mantra.”

Excerpt 2 – Samael Aun Weor Tarot ad Kabbalah Chapter 38

“Let our head, and our countenance be from "Ra", and our body, our hands, and our legs be from "Tum".

Ra, is the Father.

Tum, is the Body of the Father.

Tum, is a terribly divine Mantra, and must never be pronounced in vain, or played with, because our Father who is in Secret descends immediately from where ever He might be.

We must convert ourselves into workers of the Great Work of the Father.  "Ra" is the Christ, is life, Ra is the Second Logos. Tum is the Father, the First Logos. 

Fire acts and descends when pronouncing TUM. This is a Mantra of immense magical priestly power.”

Conclusion

We can use the mantra TUM when praying to or meditating on our Real Being.
