Because
These are not my words but the words of my marvellous
missionary.
We don't feel remorse because we are very far from the Absolute outside
and inside of ourselves.
At first we feel remorse in relation to our own
Absolute, that is our own Being and its parts, but when the person gets very close or closer to their Being, remorse is then felt not in relation to their Being but in relation to the greater Absolute outside of oneself. Here the Being begins to take over the process of remorse.
End (918).
