Introduction
I think that all of us that still have the ego and karma have
an Achilles’ Heel in some way or another speaking strictly in esoteric terms.
Achilles in Greek Mythology was an invincible warrior, all because his mother just after birth immersed him in a special pool of water that gave him the qualities of an indomitable strength and invincibility. However, all of his body except his left heel where his mother held him by, were made invincible.
Achilles in Greek Mythology was an invincible warrior, all because his mother just after birth immersed him in a special pool of water that gave him the qualities of an indomitable strength and invincibility. However, all of his body except his left heel where his mother held him by, were made invincible.
When Achilles in battle was hit with an arrow to his heel, he
ended up dying. For us esoterically, it can be very much the same.
Our Achilles Heel
Our Achilles heel is one ego that may not be our P.P.P but when
this ego manifests and is active within us it weakens us spiritually most terribly.
It dulls our consciousness, creates karma and diverts our attention, focus and
life.
Know it
We may not have one, that is one ego that stands out this
way, but if we do it is serves us to the utmost advantage to know this and to
work this ego mercilessly and relentlessly.
End (1630).
