Introduction
This can be a good way to work on ourselves. Because sometimes
so many different thoughts come out of us that we just get lost in them all and
even though we want to work on them, we don’t end up working on any of them.
Discover and Stop
As soon as you observe a thought that warrants work, i.e.
comprehension and dissolution stop there! Break from what you are doing and go
deeper into the thought. What does it mean? What does it imply? Who generated
that thought? What does it want? Why does it want that? What are my needs that
make to think I need that? How did I get that lack? Where have I become unbalanced
to have that lack?
KRIM
Once you have done some comprehension ask the Divine Mother to
work on it dissolving the ego that was behind that thought and chant KRIM as
long as necessary or until you feel that thought and the totally receded.
