Differences
A person in the second slate of consciousness will not
understand a person in the third state of consciousness. This is because each
state of consciousness has different priorities, interests, activities,
worries, preoccupations etc.
This means that there are definite indicators about ones
present state of consciousness. Meaning it can be measured or determined.
