Aware All Day Practical Tactics - (3170)

The goal is to be aware all day. This is really hard to do!

We have to try and try. 

To divide our day into compartments and try to be awakened in those compartments can help.

For example, as soon as we get into the car - alert, aware, watching our mind time.

Walking to the toilet at work - alert, aware, consciousness engaged time.

Checking email - focus and observing that we are focusing time.

You can make up your own compartments and do your best to be awakened in those compartments. 


Then practice until your are getting good at it. Doing this will then cause you to expand into other compartments.

If you do this you will be quite surprised how it gradually starts to make a difference. 

You will see a continuation from day to day. A link or a bridge will begin to be made between the days - thus forming a continuation of consciousness.

You know we actually wake up in areas - such as in the use of the word, sexuality, relationships, the body, dignity, money, love etc. etc. So why not in the compartments of life.
