It swings based on emotion. It is pushed based on emotion.
Why because the emotions are so changeable by nature. They are open to sway based on conditions. They are the more influenceable than any other of the three brains.
The emotions are also the most powerful influencers to our action.
Emotional is also more difficult to control and maintain firm. The intellect is easier that way.
