Our days for a while can be become very hurried with lots to do. Difficult times right.
What we can't allow ourselves to do is to get swept up in the hurry and lose ourselves.
Everything we do has to become a practice of meditation - that is relax, concentrate and remember one's Being and occupy fully our presence in our body and move comfortably in our own skin.
We have to do the opposite of the ego. There are egos that like to rush and lose ourselves in it all and run around like chickens with no head.
If we slow down and do a moving meditation on what we are doing and living through we get things right in quicker time and are more efficient and things work out.
