The Being is a Triumpher - If It Wants Something It Will Triumph - (5313)
Master Samael says that if the Being wants His realisation, it is sure that He will achieve it!
This is because the Being, our Being is a triumpher!
If there is something that the Being wants for Its realisation we can trust that It will get it.
