Lust is not just lusting after some one of the opposite sex. It is any kind of wrong use or relationship to the sexual energy. We understand that the right use of the sexual energy is to serve the Spirit in us.

Any kind of wrong use could be avoiding the sexual energy, being scared of it, disliking it etc. etc. Which is also lust.

In relativity there are many relationships that are worse than others. In general the uses or relationships that are not comprehended and instead are somehow suppressed end up taking on other degrees of complexity that they originally were not at all about.

These two attentions are different. Attention with the mind tires the brain. and reduces the flow of life into steps, where it is inevitable that the narration of the mind begins to take over. Wisdom from the Movie “Kingdom of Heaven” - (2168)

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages.
