To be tried next time you are angry.
Take this post out when you next feel angry and follow step by step.
When you are getting angry force is being liberated. Take that force and put it without mercy (that is without consideration to any part of yourself - pride or fear) into all into your consciousness.
Do the following with that force in your consciousness:
1.) Hold onto with force above all, to your Inner Being and protect your and It's dignity.
2.) Look deep into yourself for the truth about what is being said. If we have gotten angry there will always be something to look at it.
3.) Use the force liberated to accept what you find, without mercy or consideration to our pride or personality.
4.) See the solution and resolve with balance to act. Even if that be just to stay quiet and listen.
5.) With force in our consciousness pray to the Inner for light and calm and be that calm that it radiates out to those around touching their consciousness.
Just try it don't think about it, just do it!
