When we need to dissolve pride because something within us needs to die in pride, the following happens: we are seldom right and while others are impeccably right, all falls apart when we are proud, tension won't leave us until we apologise and the more we fight back the worse it gets...
The game to play when we need to dissolve pride is to forget about being right. There is a higher cause to serve with a much greater purpose than being right.
To remember that humility is a great power and the circumstances causing pride grief, are the way to develop humility and free ourselves from the aweful bottle of angry pride - having to be right even we are wrong.
End (5759).
