A Reason
One reason I found is that we are scared of physical death, ill-health,
seeing blood and internal organs because we do not have the will to command matter
and change circumstances.
Will
It seems that the main work of undoing fear is to free will.
With will we can put inot place certain causes that can modify circumstances
and direct the behaviour of our onw matter which is our body.
Of course it is natural in us when we do not feel that we
have will, we fall into fear. The magic combination is imagination, will and
trust which lead us to being able to modify circumstances and command matter.
With will, we know that we can make things different to what
fear fears. This is called Epigenesis.
To Gain
It makes sense then that we gain more will by working on and
dissolving fear. Also, what we are scared of we are going to find a new strength
in. In other words, we are going to like what we were scared of.
