To Accept

To accept positions of power within an institution is at some point to hand the hard end of the stick to your friends.

Contradictions

We may think that such a position will allow us the facility to help more. But it always turns out that the-many rules, interests, influences restrict that beautiful intention, so much so causing us to contradict even our benevolent promises that we made to ourselves and others before accepting that position. One learns the lesson", "You cannot please everyone" more than ever, and ourselves is included in that "everyone".

I don’t know if the sacrifice of some of our own ethics and values is worth it, because we can’t even please ourselves in such a position.

A Difficult Theme This is certainly a very difficult theme to cover. For the main reason being that the actual events that took place and gave rise to the origin of the psychological "I" are so very, very remote. These events also, we are told, took place over hundreds of years, and so logically what we are left with now in this current time are various pieces of the puzzle, and the result of the puzzle. A detailed sequence of events is unfortunately not available because it is so remote, but what is available is a synopsis of certain critical events and processes that took place. Introduction There are four famous colour so Alchemy. They have at time been represented by animals. The four colours are: black, white, yellow and red. Sometimes a crow or raven has symbolised black, a dove the white colour, an eagle the yellow colour and the pheasant the red colour. The Term – Poisoninoskirian Vibrations Origin This term “Poisoninoskirian vibrations” was originally introduced to the west by Gurdjieff in his book “Beelzebub’s Tales to His Grandson”. English and Spanish As far as I know, it seemed that this book was translated first into either English or French from its original Armenian, and it was only later translated into Spanish. In Gnosis, we usually use the term “Venenoinoskirian” instead of “Poisoninoskirian”, and the reason why, is because that is the Spanish term for it and as Gnosis was given by Master Samael Aun Weor in Spanish, we have come to use the Spanish term. I think that it is good to know this and to understand that both terms are equivalent, just one is the English version and the other is the Spanish version.
