Eliminating Nocturnal Pollutions Exercise 1 - (513)

Introduction

The basic approach is to make the transmutation so engrained in us that we transmute and refrain from going anywhere close to the point of losing the sexual energy. In other words , we are so well trained that in any occasion of life, asleep or awake, single, married, in the , astral, mental, causal, the infra-dimensions of nature, anywhere, anytime we transmute instinctively, naturally without even thinking about it and instinctively perceiving any looming danger way before it is too late.

We have to make it so natural and instinctive that the transmutation enters deep into our mind and in fact deep into our subconscious, infra-conscious and unconscious.

How?

How is this done? By pure repetition. Repeating and repeating until the instinctive centre grabs onto it and acts in that way without any intervention of our mind and emotions.

How many Times?

How many times are we talking about? Well literally exactly thousands of repetitions at least 10 000 of the practices I am going to give you below.

What Happens then?

When the transmutation is deep in our instinctive centre we will transmute and refrain in our dreams and in any situation for that matter, where arousal of the sexual centre is experienced.

First Exercise – Training the Instinctive Centre to Close all the Body’s Sphincters and to Transmute

This exercise is a standing in daily life adaptation of the practice that Maser Samael gave in his book “The Perfect Matrimony”. This exercise can be done at any time, while waiting in a queue at the bank or post office, while waiting in the car stopped at the traffic lights etc. etc.

1. Make the supreme effort that a woman makes when she is giving birth, sending the nervous current towards the sexual organs but with it, making an effort to close the sphincters or exits through which the seminal fluid usually escapes. This is a supreme effort.

2. Inhale as if you were pumping, or making the seminal fluid rise with the respiration towards the brain. As you inhale vocalise the mantram HAM. Imagine this energy rising to the brain and then passing to the heart.

3. Now exhale the breath imagining the sexual energy being fixed in the heart. Whilst exhaling, vocalise the mantra SAH. If the spasm is very strong, refrain, refrain, and continue inhaling and exhaling with the help of the mantram HAM-SAH. HAM is masculine. SAH is feminine. HAM is Solar. SAH is Lunar.

One must expel the air rapidly through the mouth producing the sound SAH in a soft and delightful way. One must inhale with the mouth half open, mentally singing the mantram HAM.

The basic idea of this esoteric exercise is to invert the respiratory process making it truly positive, since in the present state the negative lunar aspect SAH predominates, which leads to seminal discharge. By inverting the respiratory process through this breathing exercise, the centrifugal force becomes centripetal and the semen then flows inwards and upwards.”

Conclusion

Do the exercise systematically (record it, take notes, count) at least 10,000 times to give yourself the power to be able to transmute your sexual energy mentally and to engrain the transmutation and the sealing of the sexual energy in the body deeply into your subconscious.

I’m going to post another exercise similar to the one above in the next post.

End (513).

Kundry from Parsifal Unveiled - (3948)

The character Kundry is very unusual, and has a mysterious role in Wagner's opera: Parsifal. As master Samael explains, Kundry represents the archetype of the feminine. That mysterious yet extraordinarily powerful force that can raise a man to the heights of realisation or sink him into the abyss of failure.  Kundry in the opera takes on a few different opposing roles, one where she is the temptress that seduced the king of the Holy Grail: King Amfortas giving Klingsor the opportunity to steal the Lance of Longinus and wound his side. She then helps the wounded king searching for balms to heal the wound in his side, then she is again the temptress that tries to seduce Parsifal the young knight who tries to redeem the lost lance. When Parsifal is victorious destroying the castle of Klingsor Kundry changes roles to become a servant of the holy grail and the knights of the order of the holy grail. These are all aspects of the powerful feminine force that is varied and has many differe...

What is the Kundabuffer or Kundartiguador? - (405)

Introduction Gurdjieff and Master Samael spoke much about the Kundabuffer organ and a lot of what Master Samael said is pretty clear. This post is just about going over some of what he said. In the Quinto Evangelio, Master Samael also revealed many more details which do not appear in his books. Note, the Qunito Evangelio is a two tome compilation of transcriptions of many recordings of informal talks that Master Samael had with his students. English and Spanish Terms There are these two terms Kundartiguador and Kundabuffer which refer to the same thing. Kundartiguador is Spanish and Kundabuffer is English. I believe it was Gurdjieff who first introduced these terms in his book “Beelzebub’s Tales to his Grandson”. I believe “Beelzebub’s Tales to his Grandson” was not originally written in ether Spanish or English. So these terms Kundartiguador and Kundabuffer are translations where the word “Kunda” could not be translated and the ending "buffer" could b...

When We Speak Bad About Ourselves - Because of Self-Compassion - (2963)

Even Just Thinking Negative When we just even think, let alone speak about ourselves in a negative way, thinking things like: how we are really this and that bad and that is not at all what others see, that we are in capable, worth little, know nothing, can't do this and that, fail at this and that, a liar, a dreamer the list goes on... We can be 100% sure that self-compassion is behind this because pride by itself would never allow this.  In a case like this self-compassion taps into what pride hides from itself and others and exposes it. Feeling that it is doing job at ruining ourselves. Why It Does What It Does? Self-compassion does this sort of thing to avoid reprimand and to extract compassion from others. Self-compassion is about getting compassion for ourselves through others. It is set-up in relativity, using others as a reference point. Really the best thing that you can do for a person who is pitted against this ego is to ignore them, so that they can fa...
