We Need Capital to Buy the Light – (1627)

Light Costs

We can pay, for the light in two ways. One way is to give light to others to others and the other way is to wok to receive it. We can also do both at the same time.

The second way of working to receive the light is better and combining the two is even better still.

Our Light

Light is extracted from our darkness. Our darkness is transformed into light.

The light illuminates our darkness. Our light shines and is seen in our darkness, but not by our darkness.

Our light can dispel our temporary darkness (negative states).

Our light can be focused in order to penetrate.

Our light conveys information to us and from us.

Our light when it is not bilateral or multilateral casts a shadow. Meaning, if our light which is consciousness does not see both sides of duality a shadow is cast.

End (1626).

Wisdom from Yesterday Says Make the Sacrifice Today - (1626)

While we were lazy yesterday and felt the results, our experience of yesterday would have us make a sacrifice today, to make today different to yesterday.

Wisdom isn't wisdom until we live it. As soon as we make the sacrifice today that we couldn't make yesterday our wisdom breathes life.
End (1626).

Working on Yourself is a Prayer in Action – (1625)

Prayer is Wide in Expression

Sometimes we think of prayer as only being us kneeling down somewhere and focusing on a part of our inner Being or an illuminated Being: an Angel, a God for example, or the Cosmic Christ or the Eternal Father-Mother of us all.

Prayer is much more ample than that… Though that is certainly prayer, and what we do in our life for our inner Being and the essences of other Monads is also a prayer. Because through these actions our prayers can be fulfilled. We acquire the merit to allow our prayers to be fulfilled this way.

Prayer in Action

Working on ourselves, trying to keep our consciousness active, observing ourselves with the purpose of changing, asking for help from our Divine Mother are all prayers in action.

In Nature

To go to a park or into nature and to express your joy to be there and to appreciate all that is before you, even that is a prayer because you are conversing with the creatures, elementals and spirits of the place where you are.

Conclusion

We may pray more than we actually think…

Make Your Decision – Are you are here to Receive Love or to Give Love? – (1624)

Introduction

This is a decision that we can come to consciously make at one point or another in our life. I think that it is worth doing. It can change your life and the quality of your life!

One Side is Better

One side is better to live out than the other.

We may make this decision unknowingly in life and after realising one day that we have opted for one side, we can always reverse it and make a new decision, this time benefitting from the experience we have gathered in life.

Sun

For sure though to decide to be here to give love is to set yourself free. And to be like the Sun.

Moon

To decide to want to receive love is to set up before yourself: periods of dependency, anxiety, stress, dissatisfaction, lacking and empty feelings, insecurity all especially if we identify with receiving love. It may also mean that if we do love in return it is relative to the love we receive” “you don’t love me I don’t love you”.

What About Balance

But what about balance someone says. Remember balance is not to give love than receive love in equal amounts. It is to choose one side and then moderate that side using balance.

If you decide that you are here to love then to love and love when that love is going to waste is silly, that is where you need to bring into application the principles of balance to moderate the love you give so that it is appropriate and produces the right results.

A Tribute to Shirley Painter - (1623)

2 Years - 27th of March

I have wanted to write a brief tribute for a while now, in fact for two years. For the previous two years (2015 and 2016) I ended up being late, but for this anniversary I find myself more or less on time (well a little late). So here goes...

So two years ago on this day, the 27th of March 2015 Shirley Painter, a Gnostic missionary passed on. I often think of her for a special reason: and that is to draw strength. There is no doubt that Shirley was a strong person, a person that possessed firmness of character, a person that was tenacious and a person that had amazing courage right to the very end.

Very honestly it is very rare to find anyone else as real and of this current day that showed as much courage, openness, loyalty to Gnosis and the work during such a time, as she did.

For my part she is well deserving of many a Gnostic tribute, because she gave us a marvellous opportunity of being able to explode our hearts with prayer and then later to witness the tangible effects of those prayers. Which for me, upon talking to her husband, that was present when she passed on, culminated in what, in Gnosis, would be called a conscious death, which is the goal of any serious Gnostic student.

He also mentioned many of the profoundly esoteric and spiritual insights that she had before passing, that are also worthy of being put into a book sometime.

A Facet

What I am going to do in this post is present a facet of Shirley's life as I experienced it. In reality I didn't witness or experience very much, but I can say that what I experienced was impactful and has left an indelible mark in me.

Courage

Being already ill, where people at that stage would not perhaps venture out of the vicinity of their home town or home even, Shirley and her husband left New York state for Perth, Western Australia to complete a 3 month missionary training course. To travel that far, the opposite end of the Earth is already a great feat, and to stay three months putting up with a very hot Perth summer with temperatures often above 40 ÂșC with no air conditioning at night, is even more courageous.

To be far from home in a foreign country without the medical help that she had access to back home, is perhaps what many people would remark as crazy. But she did it and did it well, and what's more she didn't surrender before the prospect of what the course was for, to become a missionary to leave your home town, settle in another town somewhere all so that other essences may have access to the light (Gnosis) that can lead them back to their Inner Being, where their suffering will end and the fulfilment of everything within them is completed. That is love isn't it!

Missionary Course

Shirley completed the course with full participation doing very well in all the activities of the course. After the course she and her husband were ready to embark on the mission of moving from their home town to an entirely new town in America to begin teaching. I would say that everyone agrees in that that was a courageous decision.

At one moment in the course while this decision was perhaps being processed, she expressed her concern about not being Gnostic enough. That concern was certainly put to rest, in the time that followed. That concern I think was only a concern, to be doing the course means that you are Gnostic enough.

Where others would perhaps go into retreat, she remained fully active and engaged as much as her health would allow in her Gnostic mission. To have also shared the process of dying with so many people is amazing and something extraordinarily helpful and instructive for our consciousness. In this way she gave us a supreme lecture, solid, real and direct to the consciousness.

If Ever Worried

If I am ever worried about something, I think of Shirley and say to myself: "look at what Shirley did, she faced the maximum fear that I have, and the most important event in life with so much courage, openness, honesty..". Maybe I can do the same with this relatively small thing that is nothing compared to what she managed.

There are so many lessons that we can learn here and one definite lesson is that: 'as we are in life so will we be in death'. As Shirley was, as her husband put it in life: tenacious and with conviction so she was in the time of passing. The way we live our life right now will determine how our passing will be.

Gnostic Children and Husband

She also achieved something that is very difficult to achieve and so many Gnostic parents fail or are simply not as lucky, Shirley was able to bring all of her children into Gnosis. So successfully that two of them are right now actively working in their mission bringing new essences to the Gnostic teachings, one in America and one in a land a little far from home in New Zealand. This is surely not an easy feat in this time and age in the West with all the fascinations that modern life has to offer.

She also brought her husband David Painter to the path and he is working now as a marvellous missionary.

See you can tell by this that Shirley didn't do things in half measures. The people in her life went all the way.

Family of Champions

One other marvellous thing for me was to see how marvellously her immediate family conducted themselves during the whole process. The maturity, the understanding, how the esoteric knowledge of life and death that Gnosis gives or leads us to know was upheld. It was such a beautiful impact if I could describe that way, to see force of the consciousness pervading in all of them, making the whole process something so different to what we commonly see. This was a huge living message of hope of our really our psychological and esoteric work can make things very different.

Shirley's process be something to help, inspire, guide and reassure people as it has done for me. For me Shirley did something marvellous, what a special thing, her process like lifted a veil and made the possibility of passing through that process consciously, with dignity and without fear, a real possibility. This is such a huge thing that has huge ramifications actually in our day to day lives, well in mine anyway.

A Message of Hope and Ramification for Our Daily Life

That was also one of my hopes as well, that Shirley's process be something to help, inspire, guide and reassure people as it has done for me. For me your mother did something marvellous, what a special thing, her process like lifted a veil and made it possible, to die consciously and with dignity and to not fear the process. This is such a huge thing that has huge ramifications actually in our day to day lives, well in mine anyway.

To Round My Tribute Off

For me she goes down as one of the heroes to role model. To approach the end of life the way she did and be rewarded with a conscious passing is a supreme goal of a Gnostic that I hope personally to achieve. Just as Master Samael was is our hero and role model for the Great Work and the dissolution of the ego, Shirley is for us when it comes to courage, loyalty to Gnosis and about how to live Gnostically, the last and most precious moments of one's life.

To an essence that gave us a tremendous gift, certainly we will see you again, witnessing you working to complete your realisation, in another body of course, we just hope to recognise you. So then until that moment... May our best wishes reach you, wherever it is that you may be now, may much strength be with you and may the Divine Law and the Christ favour you in work back to your Being, that is a given!

End (1623).

Fight so Hard to Build Something then Later Fight So Hard to Dissolve it? – (1622)

What is Wrong Later Becomes Right

What is wrong at one point in one’s work or path later becomes right at a later point, and vice versa.
This seems to be a given in our work and path, it always happens at one point or another.

It is a strange thing, you fight really hard to establish within yourself certain gravities and understandings and then those things have to be let go of later on.

To not let go of them means stagnation in our work and path. Just as to not have created them meant no progress earlier on.

Why?

This is because of relativity. This does not apply to things that are absolute such as the different values of the Being, namely sexuality. For as long as a person is working towards their inner Being, to lose the sexual energy will always be wrong.

To Have the ‘I’ of Self-Sentimentalism Means What? – (1621)

Introduction

Master Samael mentions in many places the ‘I’ of self-sentimentalism. So what really is it and what does it mean in practical life terms to have it?

I would just like to say that working on this ‘I’ Master Samael says one is able to create the psychological moon and remove much drama and suffering from one’s life, and drastically improve the way one relates with others.

What is it?

It is to feel sentimental towards oneself through others. It is not really to feel sentimental towards oneself exclusively by oneself and for oneself. If that were the case one would be quite well off.

This ‘I’ of self-sentimentalism instead expects others to feel sentimental towards ourselves. That is why it gets upset with others all the time, when others are tough and rough with us and don’t like us or simply don’t regard us as poor, little and needing help etc. etc.

In short, it has its reference point for sentimentality in others. If we were self-sentimental with this reference point exclusively within ourselves we would be very mystical and be thinking, feeling and acting in such a way to not bring pain upon our inner Being. With the ‘I’ of self-sentimentalism we are not at all sentimental towards our inner Being, we treat our inner Being very harshly. For example, we may make several errors here in the physical world and we do not care at all about the fact that our very own Divine Mother has to present herself before the Divine Law and get trampled by the Law all on our account.

The best place to find the 'I'' of self-sentimentalism is in relationships with others. It is rife in such a field.

Practical Life Terms

  • With the ’I’ of self-sentimentalism one waits to be helped by others and expects others to help, without the ‘I’ of self-sentimentalism one helps oneself by oneself.
  • When upset one does not wait to have our bad mood fixed by others, one works to fix it up for oneself and by oneself. If one needs help they will ask for it, not silently wait for others to sense that we need help.
  • Waiting to be fed or served by others. Without this ‘I’ one feeds oneself and serves others.
  • Expects others to buy things for us and pay bills etc. for us. Without this “I” one pays for oneself and for others when it can or when appropriate.
  • With this ‘I’ one helps others too much and does everything for them. Without this ‘I’ one is more balanced when helping others. One focuses on helping others to help themselves.
  • One expects others to look upon us sentimentally and to regard and make decisions about us from the sentimental point of view.

There are many more of course this was just to list a few. I think with these examples you are able to identify this ‘I’ and if you like you can work on it.

Conclusion

Lets’ work on this ‘I’, it is very obvious and it is not so vague or ambiguous to observe. We can really work concretely on this ‘I’ and the rewards for us and others are great! Think of what Master Samael says, one can by working on the “I’s” of self-sentimentalism.

"Got to Have" Element - A Common Denominator in Lust and Greed - (1620)

Introduction

There is an element in our psychology that is about "having".

It so turns out that this element is not particular to one particular ego, it is actually common to several or more different egos.

This element actually links these different egos.

This is good news becasue if we work on the "Got to have" element we can weaken several egos all at once.

"Got to Have"

Lust is a lot about possessing and so is greed, as is gluttony.

When this "got to have" element is strong in us we end up continually buying multiple versions of the same object. Like buying one watch, then another and another and yet another.

Greed, lust and gluttony work incessantly in this way they always want one then a new one, then another one etc. etc. All because the ego receives a new impression and then gets impressed and says "I got to have it".

"Don't Have to Have".

In reality we don't have to have. The more we have the more complicated, and impractical it all becomes and the more problems we end up facing, and the truth becomes very obvious, we don;t need it and we don't have to have it. Thinking and feeling that way actually harms us.

Understanding this point very deeply and working on it will help reduce and dissolve this "got to have" element.

The "Got to Have" Element Draws A Cycling of Egos

Because the "got to have" element runs through several different egos, it is behind a cycle that we can observe in our psychology. For example, lust may manifest and when it declines greed appears then then gluttony and perhaps another ego.

If we are successful in not feeding lust, because of this, lust then retreats from the forefront of our psychology and the next ego with a strong 'got to have' element running through it will become active in order to bring something new "to have".

Behind the "Got to Have" Element

Behind the "got to have element" there is a reason why it is there in our psychology. The "got to have" element is processed in our psychology as a need. This need could be processed as relative to our image, and when something deals directly with our image there is some suffering.

These false needs, can be seen as something that completes us and makes us feel that we have accomplished something, and accomplishing that one thing allows us to feel good things towards ourselves.

How Karma Works Within Us Part 2 - (1619)

Unbalanced Inner Scale

When we do something harmful to another or we receive something hurtful from others or we develop an inner negative state, we inevitably affect our inner set of scales. In other words we unbalance ourselves.

The effect of having our inner scales unbalanced makes us to feel many things, but in general I would say unwell.

Can't Escape it!

We may do something wrong and nothing negative or restraining or constraining comes to us from the outside, and we think that we are fine and have gotten away with it, but our inner scales have been unbalanced and here is where we will pay.

Sometimes this way of paying is much worse...

But remember this inner negative process is the result of our own actions, we did it to ourselves and so we pay have to pay for it or correct it.

How the Inner Scale Rectifies Itself Within Us

Feeling guilty, feeling restless, feeling anxious, feeling unwell, thoughts that torment and nag us, difficulty in sleeping and eating are all actions of our inner scale moving back to balance. When we have internally suffered enough are inner scale becomes balanced once again.

We can accelerate this returning to balance of our inner scales by working on ourselves and serving humanity giving them the light from what we have learned about the error and about the ego that committed the error. Also any practice psychological or spiritual or any sacrifice that is aimed at dissolving the cause of the error moves our inner scale in favour of balance.

Inner Karma a Psychological Process Against Us

No work on ourselves equals our inner scale having to rectify itself with inner pain in the form of a process that goes against us. An inner process that uses our own will to harm us. This inner process takes the form of anxiety, fear, lust, anger, hatred, restlessness, self-deprecation etc. and many other things that erode and eat away at our peace of mind, our calm, our relaxation, our well-being and our values and virtues.

The thoughts: "I don't deserve to be happy.", "I don't deserve to be loved.", "I don't deserve it.", "I can't be relaxed and happy." are all expressions of this inner paying that is taking place meanwhile our inner scale comes to balance.

Also a very low opinion of oursleves is another expression of this.

The problem is that the inner karma uses our psychology to process itself through psychological processes, but these processes are maintained by the subconscious and that is why we can't so easily stop them and most of the time we can't do anything to stop them. That is why the awakened ones have to have less karma (if they have karma) being processed from the outside.

Conclusion - Ethical Behaviour to Awaken

It is imperative to have an ethical behaviour to be able to awaken because we need to stop creating karma and to be freer from the karma that we have. Because karma is like a weight that introduces a veil onto our consciousness and it is a shadow in the background of our psyche. It is also a negative psychological process within us that works against us and our awakening because with awakening we are going to get free and be joyful which is against our karma.
End (1619).

How Karma Works Within Us Part 1 - (1618)

Karma from Outside and Inside

We normally see karma as something coming to us from the outside, in difficult circumstances, people treating us badly etc. However, karma comes at us in two ways: from the outside and from the inside, and it is the inside way that we ignore but at the same time are very severely affected by it.

The next few posts will be about how works within us.

Why an Inside Way

Because what is outside is also inside. We are a Universe in miniature. When we do something harmful to an individual, a group of individuals or a nation of individuals, the cosmic scale becomes unbalanced, and balance always needs to be restored, so the some balancing action will be processed so to bring back the cosmic scales into balance. The cosmic scales are being balanced and unbalanced from instant to instant. As there is a cosmic scale we have to all have an inner scale as well, and certainly we do!
End (1618).

Your Consciousness Entertains Itself by Unveiling the Mystery – (1617)

Bored

When we get bored we look for entertainment, which is usually something new in the old. That is, usually something that we know excites or pleases the senses or the centres.

Mystery

The consciousness by its nature is light and light always seeks out darkness to illuminate it. Light also penetrates into the darkness wherever there is an opening.

So our consciousness feels an excitement, a purpose the sense of new and awe when it begins to penetrate into the darkness and illuminate it. This is revelation and this is a joy.

Because revelation frees, clarifies, unveils the mystery and deepens: purpose, appreciation and understanding.

If Ever Bored

If you are ever bored look deeply into the moment with your consciousness to unveil a speck or more of the mystery and experience the new.

A Big People Mistake We Make – (1616)

A Big Mistake with People is to Think they will Always be the Same

A mistake that we can make in relationships is to get attached to the particular way that a person is towards us.

All things are impermanent and are subject to change. Relationships are no exception to this.

There is an inner bell curve in each of us where things begin, reach a peak and then trail off to end. Relationships like so many other things follow this bell curve.

It happens with the way people behave towards us and so it is a mistake on our part to get attached to any section or part of the bell curve.

It is not even our fault most of the time, things just do change, relationships do follow the bell curve.

When the end of the bell curve is reached the relationship can take on another higher octave, once again following the bell curve.

Conclusion

Don’t get attached to the way anyone is with you because it will change.

Don’t make this mistake. It may take a while and the changes may be slight, but there will be changes, for apparently the worse or for the better.

Values of Dignity, Majesty and Balance – (1615)

Introduction

My marvellous missionary teaches that in the ego of Pride are the core values of dignity, majesty and balance.

Significant

This knowledge is very significant. Because it reveals to us what is at the heart of Pride.

Each Ego Hides Core Values

It so happens that each ego has at its core certain values or properties of the Real Being. The ego is a conditioned way of manifesting these values.

It so happens that the ego is these values processing themselves in relativity and duality.

So then, pride is the processing of the values of dignity, majesty and balance in relativity and duality.

Advantage of Knowing the Free Values

Knowing the values of dignity, majesty and balance in some depth will allow us to make I would say considerable headway in the comprehension and therefore dissolution of pride.

Knowing how these values of dignity, majesty and balance process themselves freely by themselves show up or make clear their conditioned way of processing themselves in pride.

Following Posts

This is what this post is about. It is about a study of these values of dignity, majesty and balance done so to help us along in the dissolution of pride.

End (1613).

The Value of Dignity – (1614)

Introduction

Everyone has their dignity and is in some way aware of their dignity. It is usually thought of in the way we are treated.

To be treated like a dog or a cat is to be treated for example, we say, against human dignity. Within dignity there is a value system or system of inherent worth. The recognition of those values determines what is appropriate or not. Dignity is a lot about what is appropriate or not.

What Enhances the Essence

Some activities have a higher level of dignity. Esoteric and sacred objects, activities and practices carry inherently a high value system. Therefore, these activities are more dignifying. There is a teaching from my marvellous missionary that says "dignity is what enhances the essence".

Naturally what does not enhance our essence is against dignity.

To act with dignity is to act with high human and spiritual values.

Dignity is the knowing and appreciation of those inherent inner values.

Dignity and Balance

The values of dignity and balance operate together. A balanced conduct is dignifying and dignifying behaviour is a very balanced behaviour that imparts dignity in its own conduct and in the treatment of others. These two values complement each other and dignity is controlled and appropriately contained by balance.

Pride and Dignity

In pride when we are treated in a certain way, this treatment is compared against these inner values for appropriateness (dignity). Then that comparison is registered against our sense of balance, fairness and justice. Then a conclusion is made as unfair, inappropriate or fair, good and just and pride is exactly that the conclusion of these values being processed relative two certain concepts of dignity and balance.

My marvellous missionary says that we ‘finish’ with pride when we learn how to deal with imbalances from within ourselves through our inner Real Being and when we have the concept of dignity in our Being.

Real Dignity

A person with a lot of dignity that is real, dignity, when treated badly will not react indignantly. Because that is against his dignity.

End (1614).

Lust is Against Concentration – (1613)

Dictionary Definition of “Sex”

Online Etymology Dictionary. late 14c., "males or females collectively," from Latin sexus "a sex, state of being either male or female, gender," of uncertain origin. "Commonly taken with seco as division or 'half' of the race" [Tucker], which would connect it to secare "to divide or cut" (see section (n.)).

Link to Secare – “to divide or cut”

This is quite interesting actually because this alludes to the other side of sex. Sex has it two sides as Master Samael mentions in his book: “The Perfect Matrimony” where he says that the sex is a double edged sword, where one side can liberate and the other can harm and wound terribly.

Concentration

Lust is then the use of sex or sexuality on the side that ends up being harmful to us. The ego of lust is like any other ego, in that it is a distraction and it is something that our unaware consciousness can identify with and therefore fall asleep to, however because it uses the negative side of sexuality it is even more harmful to concentration than the other egos that we have.

As concentration is about uniting one’s forces to a focal point, when our sexual energy used wrongly actually cuts one away from their higher inner forces and so our concentration is ever weaker, lacking the collaboration of some of our inner forces.

Conclusion

If one wants concentration and therefore force and power and the ability to throw one’s consciousness deeper into oneself one must reduce lust.

Abandon of Reason = Absurdity of the Abyss – (1612)

Introduction

There are levels of learning within the abyss. The first level of learning concerns the first three Dantean circles, where the main lesson to be learnt is to not abandon one’s reason to pleasure and that pain always comes after pleasure.

The Abyss is the Place of the Absurd

Only what is absurd can lead us to destruction or to nullity. What is correct what is logical and has reason leads to construction, balance and the right order of things, leading to the ability to maintain and sustain itself for as long as is required, allowed or needed. What is absurd collapses by itself in little time.

The abyss is the absurd, it is the surrender of reason to the lower passions which create destruction.

Reason

Reason is what allows us to be with ourselves and absurdity is what loses ourselves. With reason, common sense, consciousness we can possess ourselves. In the abyss we lose ourselves to the second death and to nature.

Reason is an attribute of the Divine in us, as it follows order, balance. There is also the objective reason of the Being which is a reasoning based on the data from the consciousness. Reason can be seen as the logic of the consciousness.

Reason is what causes us to stand upright and this is reflected in our body. Our head which reasons which provides us with intelligence is the on top of every other part and it is the first point of contact with the heavens.

Reason centred in the head rules at the top of the body and is the first point of contact with the forces of above.
This means that it is written in the Universe that reason must control the inferior impulses and passions.

Lesson Learned Equals Freedom

To free ourselves from these two circles of the abyss we have to learn this lesson and establish firmly this structure within our psyche which is that reason must rule the inferior passions, pleasure costs dearly and pain always comes after pleasure.

Addictions are the Abyss Taking Over Life on Earth

Just something else, when a person has some sort of addiction, it means that their life is now rules and defined by that addiction. An addiction is when that things has grown so much that it over takes their life and that is absurd, because it is a small area of life that has been blown out of its orbit and come to take charge when it has no place being in charge. It is like the house hold cat is in charge of the house. Obviously that would spell disaster because the cat is totally incapable of paying the bills and cleaning. This situation reflects once again the absurdity that reigns in the abyss.

Of course what human beings get addicted to are usually things of an inferior order, such as drugs, alcohol, sexual misconduct, pornography, video games, social media, food, sugar, coke, internet, masturbation etc. etc.

The Limits of Wrong and Right – (1610)

Introduction

To know that something is wrong we have to know the boundaries or the parameters of where the right becomes the wrong. That is where the wrong begins.

The wrong may begin in several different directions from the area of what is right.

Imagine the right to be a circle, and what is right is all that is within this circle. This circle represents what is right in relation to a specific area of life, say sexuality, or honesty or trust or love or dignity etc.

Then the wrong can begin when we venture out of this circle via many different actions.

Mistakes

The mistakes and karma that we make serve as this learning. The mistakes show us where the right ends and where wrong begins. So the mistakes map out for us the boundary of this circle of right.

The boundaries of the circle of right must be registered by our consciousness otherwise so much bloody suffering is useless!

Our consciousness is there to show us the boundary between right and wrong so that we don't have to make mistakes. Mistakes are the result of our consciousness not being powerfully present enough to illuminate that boundary between right and wrong.

Learning of the Mahamanvantara

To have had the thought of wanting to be more is the major learning of our time here in creation. With that thought we fell out of the bosom of the absolute and into creation.

The time in creation must cause us to know that that desire to be someone or something more than the Being is a divorce and a separation from our Being and that is suffering, centuries of suffering.

If in Trouble, It is Worth Checking out your Reference Point! – (1609)

If

If a situation or an ego is giving you some trouble, try looking at the reference point from which all of your psychological processes that are giving you grief are coming from.

Is Your Reference Point…?

Is the reference point the past? Is the reference point an expectation? Is your reference point your resentment? Is the reference point your idea of what is good or wrong? Is your reference point a belief that you have about something? Is your reference point your fear? Is your reference point about saving money?

Find it!

Find the reference point and as soon as you have found it you are very close to changing the whole way that you feel!

Change it!

Once you have the reference point from which your psychology is processing things from, change it to another one. A reference point that is more correct, one that is within you, one that is in the work or in your consciousness or Being.

Magic

Then focus the event and your psychological processes from the new reference point and hen watch the magic happen within you.

One Way to Know We are More Awake – (1608)

One very quick measure or evaluation point (one of several) for our personal use is the following:

If we during any given period of time, have caught our thoughts, and have questioned them and have become conscious of them, seeing their conditioning in relativity and duality, and subsequently freeing our mind, we can be sure that we have spent our time being more awake and actually awakening!

This awakening is in the minute details of thought but it is still an awakening.

Egos of the Hidden Side of the Psychological Moon – (1607)

Introduction

Just recently my marvellous missionary gave a class to do with the topic of the hidden side of our psychology, which is also known as the hidden side of our psychological moon.

Here is a summary of the main points that came up in that discussion.

What is the Hidden Side of our Psychological Moon?

It is basically the levels of the subconscious and infra-conscious.

It is worth knowing that our psychology has a visible part and an invisible part. The invisible part has two divisions which are a visible part and an invisible part.

The visible part of the invisible part is what others can see but what we don’t see. The invisible part of the invisible part is what neither us nor others see.

The hidden side of our psychological moon is the whole invisible side of our psychology, that is, it is what we don’t see but others see and don’t see.

What Egos are in the Hidden Side of our Psychological Moon?

Deep Roots of the P.P.P

We essentially find there the deep roots of our P.P.P. That is the deep roots of our principal psychological profile. It was also mentioned that the work on the P.P.P continues all the way to virtually the very end of the part of the path where the ego is finally dissolved.

Other Nasties

Within the hidden side of pour psychological moon are other egos that are really very nefarious. They are egos that we have created, because we have actually in the remote past done the action that they egos are dedicated to. For example, if we have within the hidden side of our psychology an ego of killing it is because we have killed in the past.

Such are the egos of the hidden side our psychological moon.

They are very powerful and karmic, and they are kept there almost under ‘lock and key’ until we are ready to face them. If they come out at time that we are not ready to deal with them they can ruin our path and even our life.

It is our Being and Divine Mother that keep an eye on them and make sure that they are kept quietly locked away in the very depths of our subconscious.

How are they Created?

They are created by actions.

Projected Thoughts

Now and then we can perceive or catch a glimpse of them via the thoughts that these egos project into our mind. They are obviously very alarming and shocking thoughts, not your average egoical type of thoughts.

When Can They Come Out?

They can come out when a rupture occurs between our subconscious and conscious level. This rupture is an opening that occurs due to some trigger that may be a traumatic event or a very difficult situation, an emergency or the environment provides impressions which reach those egos.

This sort of thing does not happen everyday, it has happened though in other people and they have done tremendously awful things.

An Interpretation of this Blog’s Statistics? – (1606)

Have a Look

Look at the following statistics about this blog.

Interpretation

It seems that people are most interested in the above themes. Why? Perhaps because of the themes themselves, which seem to centre around sexuality.

The theme of sexuality is one that is very difficult and it is one that has to be deciphered by everyone at one point in their life, even by people in normal life. However, for the Gnostic this theme must be deciphered at the level of the mysteries (a more profound level – sexuality in relation to the Being).

Conclusion

Perhaps more posts on this theme can be useful. Also perhaps a good point for instructors or missionaries to be aware of in the sense of knowing what people in general may need.

Now How can I Dissolve that Defect? – (1605)

Introduction

We have a defect that we urgently need to dissolve. We may even feel that we are behind, that we should have worked more on it already and it should be much deader than it is. Ok! But what counts is what we do from now on to make that defect start to die. How then do we go about it?

First

Decided

Make sure you are resolved and really want to do it. Because it is going to fight and it is going to be difficult and the more you want to dissolve the more intense the difficulties in dissolving will be.
So do you want it to dead? Have you had enough?

Second

Aware

Ready to face the storms, the pain, the difficulty? Are you ready to not give in? Are you well aware of why you what to dissolve it and what the benefits are?

Third

Pray

Declare to our inner Divinity that we need to die in this or that defect and that we need their help. Declare that you are ready and sincerely ask for their help that will take us to dissolve this defect.

Fourth

Study

Observer that defect intently. If it is quiet bring in great to your mind or even onto paper everything that that defect has done.

Fifth

Comprehension

Work intensely in comprehending it. Focusing on its causes. Its logic, its deeper reasons which are certain lacks. Use duality to find the lacks. See the reference points being used in its thinking. See its apparent needs, see where they come from.

Sixth

KRIM

Pray to the Divine Mother as often as you can for elimination and always chant the mantra KRIM!

Seventh

Utterly Pitted and Resolved to not Feed it

Be very alert to not feed the ego you are trying to dissolve. Don’t be tricked by it, know very firmly that feeding it or doing what it wants will only bring you hell again.
