“The Lion of the Law is Overcome with the Scale” – (1870)

The Scale

“In altering the cause, one alters the effect. “The lion of the law is over-come with the scale.” If on one pan of the scale we place our good deeds and on the other we place the bad, either both pans will weigh equally, or there will be some imbalance. If the pan of bad actions weighs more, we must place good deeds on the pan of good actions with the purpose of inclining the balance in our favour; thus we cancel Karma. Perform good acts in order to pay your debts; remember that one does not only pay with pain, one may pay by doing good.

Now you will understand my good friends, how marvellous it is to do good. Without doubt, right thought, right feeling, and right action are the best form of negotiation.”

V.M Samael Aun Weor

End (1870).
