The amazing thing about balance is that it offers anyone who reaches it - separation.

The person who has reached balance in one or another area is one that is separated from both sides. The balanced person sits above both sides and consciously uses both sides in the correct proportion.

So then to be balanced one has to work to liberate oneself from both sides.

When we arrive at separating ourselves from any ego we have arrived at balance in the area of that ego.

As soon as we get separation we get a degree of balance that we must maintain through conscious efforts and decisions. As soon as we get this degree of balance we can then be conscious in that area.

Attention with Mind, Attention with Essence - (5197)

These two attentions are different. Attention with the mind tires the brain. and reduces the flow of life into steps, where it is inevitable that the narration of the mind begins to take over. Wisdom from the Movie “Kingdom of Heaven” - (2168)

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages.
