The unbalanced reprimand is something we have all experienced before and have even probably dished out.
It is the case where we say don't do this and that and later on down the track we do the same thing that we told others not to do or we are actually even doing to some degree what we tell others not to do.
It is unbalanced because relative to us we are not matching our words with our actions. There is an unbalance against reality. Later on though it balances because we end up doing what we said we wouldn't so then it balances - but with embarrassment.
Usually when we reprimand based on rules we end up this way, as later one we usually come to break the rules.
