At the moment I don't know of any other way, but to make the constant effort of remembering the consciousness as much as I can during the day and at night.
Trying and trying...
When remembering the consciousness making an conscious effort to activate it. Knowing that it is active when the mind is quiet and the personality is passive. Practicing and praticing that.
No where near perfect and not ever for long enough... I notice though the effort and the doing of it is 'more' than being asleep and that 'more' makes a big difference to our work and our internal states.
Practice is an action that becomes a way of being. Trying hard to understand adn live this. Well we are all fighting to do this...
