What happens with us is that we walk and around do our life thinking about a pressing or worrying issue. This makes us very asleep. Actually sleepwalkers.
Doing this narrows it seems everything. We forget our inner Being, ourselves, our consciousness, our work and even when we try to self-observe or remember ourselves and our work we can only do it for a minute if that.
First thing always is to notice that we are in this state and the way out is one way - STOP THINKING!
I know the mind says no way I can't stop thinking I need to solve this! But we are taught and so correctly too, that the best way to think is to not think!
This does not mean that we just leave the problem to be solved by others or God or life or the wind no, it means that we stop thinking about it and we allow our consciousness time to solve it or work it out and for our Inner Being to work and to provide a solution by moving things outside and or inside us or to simply help us from inside giving us clarity and strength.
If we don't have time well its easier, just decide something or not and keenly observe the consequences and then make amends if we get it wrong.
