To fix something we just have to see what's wrong. To see what's wrong is the hard bit. To see what's wrong we need to face and observe ourselves in the heated critical moments.
To see we need to allow what's there to come up and then capture it and transform, neutralize, do the opposite (all valid) of what we see.
To see, we can't be adding more layers on top. For example, we wan't to stop arguments, having more arguments or spending more time receiving complaining or protesting impressions makes us more blind.
