No More Thinking Your are Weak - (4557)

We believe in certain areas that we are weak and incapable. That belief then acts through our subconscious conditioning or depressing our body.


The body is generally not weak. It is the mind that thinks weak.


If we have a physical or medical condition the body can be weak because of that illness etc. But if we are healthy the body is not weak, it is capable.


Our body maybe ill but at least we can change our thoughts to not think weak. When we need to be strong we see that beliefs of various egos of weakness identity such as self-compassion believe us and wish us to be weak. But our body is not.


We have to say to ourselves repeatedly inside of ourselves with lots of trust and faith that we are not weak and our psychology is not weak to break down those beliefs that we are weak. 


To be weak is to always fall short and be suffering. The motivation to not be weak is to not suffer and to not fall into error and then reaping the same negative consequences.
