What would hard-core training to awaken look like?
Well it wouldn't look like anything that we are imagining or thinking it to be.
We would not find it pleasant.
To awaken is to more often than not scrape and breakaway the false that we are dearly holding onto.
Starting by putting our attention on the very small details of ourselves in all environments and and during all tasks is the start.
It builds he necessary power of attention and discovery to work with the more subtle which are the thoughts and emotions.
A tricky or dangerous physical environment would require us to become very alert so as to not get hurt.
To awaken we are put into psychological environments that are very tricky, complicated, spiky and sensitive This is to help us to awaken. As soon as we fall asleep, whack! TIme to wake up and be alert!
