The Demon of the Mind uses these three elements to support itself. Take one of these out and the Demon of the Mind stops.
Here are some notes on the way the demon of the mind works in us.
I believe that this teaching is very good to know. Why? Because we can recognise when it is our mind coming to conclusions.
From experience we know that our mind is not our consciousness and our mind does not do the best for us, especially when it comes to conclusions. Our consciousness does.
