What is the Best Spiritual Image to Meditate On? - (5917)

Really good question. To know it would be great as that is what one can visualize and focus stable attention on and thus receive much internal benefit from.

I don't know the absolute best, and maybe there is not an absolute best, it could vary between stages. I definitely know that a good start is to use the image of the Sun to meditate on.

Please do leave in the comments section what you think may be the best image for inner development to meditate on.

  1. Lovely post. I also enjoy the image of the sun, the Christ, milkyway, of course Buddha, DM, kneeling in front of divinity.

  3. Liquid water in whatever way one wants: a stream, a flow from a garden hose, rain on puddles, on glass, flowing over rocks; water as the thoughtful living medium of love and memory we exist in and sense everything through.

Paintings of Christ from the masters.
