What is the Best Spiritual Image to Meditate On? - (5917)

Really good question. To know it would be great as that is what one can visualize and focus stable attention on and thus receive much internal benefit from. 

I don't know the absolute best, and maybe there is not an absolute best, it could vary between stages. I definitely know that a good start is to use the image of the Sun to meditate on.

Please do leave in the comments section what you think may be the best image for inner development to meditate on.

A Difficult Theme This is certainly a very difficult theme to cover. For the main reason being that the actual events that took place and gave rise to the origin of the psychological "I" are so very, very remote. These events also, we are told, took place over hundreds of years, and so logically what we are left with now in this current time are various pieces of the puzzle, and the result of the puzzle.
