If there be a method to change our inner states, with that method we will control our life.
It is always the wrong inner states that spin the events of our life out of balance.
If we can change our inner states to the right ones we will benefit from the better side of the events.
In the end if we can control our inner states we will be able to control our life.
There are methods and methods. Conscious breathing is the first method that we use to influence our inner world.
It is the first method because it begins from the outside.
Conscious breathing can definitely change our inner states which gives us access to our inner world which then helps us to approach the outer world from the centre of the inner world, and that is where we can control ourselves from within the events of our life.
