Shine Your Light and Interrogate
The ego is in our human machine because we havn’t exposed it
to the light of our awareness yet. As soon as we shine light on it and even interrogate
it, it’s allergies peak and it begins to slink away.

Just do a short retrospection and you will see that you have
not shone your light on it and that is why it has been swirling around your
head and moving feelings and impulses in you.
