Crumbling Away Under Our Feet
When something important in our life suddenly disappears, we may feel baseless, lost, 'not knowing what to do next', frightened, depressed and so on.
This indicates to us that we have made that thing a psychological base. We have made that thing a provider of our feelings of protection, security, safety, happiness, purpose and so on.
So naturally when that thing is removed from our life, we feel all the opposite, that is: baseless, insecure, naked, unhappy, without purpose, lost etc.
Bases in Our Being
The right thing is to only make a base within our Being or within our consciousness. Firstly becasue those things are you and are in you and will never leave you as long as you are you.
The second thing is that only our Being and our consciousness can provide authentically those things.
Pain is a good teacher, when we feel pain it is time to work. Pain tells us that we have made a base in the wrong place. We must source or derive our security, protection, self-assurance etc. etc. from our Being!
So the next question is how do I do that? Well hold on a few days and I will post a few about how that can be done.
