One Great Thing we can do for Others is Transform Our Own Pain - (2793)

When we learn how to transform our own pain we stop dragging others down.

When we learn how to transform our own pain, we stop demanding compensation from them in all sorts of ways: some passive and seemingly innocent, some actively and openly aggressive and some intelligent and sly and some with tricky tears etc...

When we learn how to transform our own psychological pain we understand and we live out Master Samael's words which are: "know how to suffer, know how to be silent and to know how to die".

At the end of the day what we really want to cure our pain is compensation. Even if we receive compensation from another it is still up to us to give ourselves the feeling of being compensated, thus ending our pain.

So at the end of the day it is up to ourselves to give ourselves the feeling of compensation (the feeling we want to feel comes from ourselves). It is ourselves that ends up giving the 'feeling better' feeling to ourselves either through using others or through ourselves.

So why not go through ourselves and give others a break. Use the work with our essence to balance our inner scale (give ourselves compensation).

If we have to communicate with another person, which we must at times, we can use the work as our guide to achieve a more considerate and more conscious level of communication.

End (2793).
