Then one day someone says you have lots of self-compassion!
Then the force of the belief in this self-concept and the ego of pride that is proud of this self-concept rages...
The truth is that we are an essence with many egos and self-compassion and self-pity are just one the many egos that we have.
This is a reality and accepting this is very robust and will not cause us to feel sad or disappointed with ourselves when ti is actually apparent that our self-concept is wrong and we do have self-compassion and self-pity etc.
