Waiting for a Change is a Hollow Sound - (4669)

Waiting or people or circumstances to change is not good policy or a sound technique.

It is a hollow sounding technique...

We wait for the circumstances to change, where apparently things will be easier. But we don't really know if they will or not. It just looks like it will

Many people retire thinking their life will be quieter and easier, yet often it is busier and noisier than before.

We wait for circumstances to change because we don't want to make  the efforts to surpass the difficulties of the current circumstances.

The circumstances are apparently 'scheduled' to change and they will, if the plans go ahead, but as we haven't changed internally, in some time the same or similar difficulties, through different avenues will return.

There is no time to start to the change, the change is now, yet the change once started can take some time, but in time the new will come.

Waiting for the circumstances to change will happen in time, and if there is no internal change, there will be no time left to wait for the new, as the time to change was before the circumstances changed.

Basically if we are doing nothing now just waiting for things to change when the scheduled circumstances change - nothing will change.

End (4669).
