To transform darkness into light, above all we need a love for and deep acceptance of the light.

There is no other power within us than a love for the light that will help us get through the embarrassment and disappointment of seeing our obscurity.

If we love and accept the light we have a good chance of being able to see the vested interests of the ego to keep the obscurity strong.

What really helps to build a conscious trust and love for the light, is to really see all the drawbacks of the darkness. Then contrasting them with the immense benefits of the light.

These two attentions are different. Attention with the mind tires the brain. and reduces the flow of life into steps, where it is inevitable that the narration of the mind begins to take over. Wisdom from the Movie “Kingdom of Heaven” - (2168)

Introduction There are some movies that leave you with some pieces of advice that at point or another in your life or in the lives of others prove useful. This movie: “Kingdom of Heaven” was terrible to watch (too many battle scenes and people dying) but offered some very useful messages. In this post, I have presented a few, that have come in handy at point or another.
