Rebalancing
Steps to rebalance:
1.) Seek silence within and without.
2.) From the silence, investigate and look for truth.
(Balance canot be struck without knowing the truth of the situation. Wait if necessary for more of the truth to come out.)
3.) See the many angles of the situation, including the wider and greater picture. See also the past, the present and the future.
(Seeing is very importnatn for balance. Remember the eye at the apex or balance point of the triangle )
4.) Assess the situation. Taking note where the imablances are.
5.) Establish the reference point to balance around.
6.) See the situation from the chosen reference point.
7.) Make decisions with the reference point being the central priority.
8.) Be balanced in carrying out the decisions made. Balance takes into account the well-being of others.
Notes:
Balance is the past, the present and the future taken into account.
Balance is seeing all aspects. Not just one side.
Balance does not cause pain.
Balance is based on the right order set according to the chosen reference point. Balance restores the order that is productive towards your aims.
Silence
There is a big relationship between balance and silence. Let's have a look.
Silence does not us into more debt.
Inner silence does not allow us to judge which unbalances us straight away.
Inner balance allows things to come into harmony.
Inner silence allows us vision to put things into perspective and for things to settle to within ourselves to see what is important and what is not. It allows discernment.
It allows serenity to decide correctly about things.
It stops things getting out of control thus losing balance.
It magically heals within us creating harmony. It does this becasue it allows our consciousness to become more active within us.
