Introduction
Here is just an idea.
Idea
The idea is to take the last five or ten minutes out of each
hour or as many as you can in your day to die. That is to go somewhere, concentration
on an ego or a facet of an ego and pray to the Divine Mother and chant KRIM.
Conclusion
We need to also take some time of course for observation and
comprehension. Funnily enough though doing this practice releases sparks - very
small sparks mind you of comprehension when chanting the mantra KRIM while concentrated
on an ego.
