The Classical Major Struggle

When the trapped essence does not comprehend that it is out of line with the Being, the cosmos, nature and reality, we have the classical major struggle of the work on our hands.

This struggle is the struggle of the consciousness in us making an effort to not identify with the trapped essence and keep that trapped essence from using our mind, emotion and action. This is because at this point the essence trapped in that ego still believes itself to be right, and it persists and persists with its desires, expectations, ideas, motives etc. and so the free and awakened essence has to work and work.

Our consciousness knows that the trapped essence is wrong and this is a huge help because it is this understanding that gives our consciousness or percentage of free and awakened essence the power to not identify with that ego and continue the work.

The worst thing that can happen inside of us is when the free and awakened consciousness is not fully aware (even though it hurts) that the ego is out of line and of course the trapped essence in the ego does not think it is wrong either. It on the contrary thinks, and even more than thinks, it deeply believes it is right.

Most of the time the free and awakened essence knows that the ego is out of line but it is too weak to stop the identification with it. This is what things may be like at the beginning of the work but as a person seriously works this changes.


Signs that the Free and Awakened Essence is Succeeding

The most unequivocal sign that the efforts of the free and awakened essence to get the trapped and asleep essence to start to wake up, is when the hypnotic grip controlling the sleep of the trapped begins to crack.

When the hypnotic grip begins to crack this is when that trapped essence is starting to comprehend and awaken. To have gotten to this point, was the free and awakened essences' triumph of persistence and also the triumph of the trapped essence to co-operate. These signs of cracks in the hypnotic grip was brought about by the free and awakened essence taking responsibility and deciding to do it (to exercise the values of the Being) and show the trapped essence that she is wrong, or not in line or that her way is the more painful way.


The Being the Architect Behind it All

No doubt that behind this initial success was the Real Being of the essence, prompting, impulsing, pushing, helping, showing, informing, instructing etc. so that the free and awakened essence first makes the decision to fight for the Being, and carries this fight out converting the trapped and asleep essence into free and awakened essence.

However, before the free and awakened essence decided to work for the Being, the Being had already decided to fight to free His essence. So the Being decides everything already and we as the free and awakened essence, we have to come to realise that, and replicate and execute His decision which is also becomes our decision after he had made his decision. This is the unity of the essence and the Being and the fulfillment of the will of the Being. The essence though is always free to not to fulfill the decision of the Being, however this is where the role of pain, comes to effect, pain has a terribly strong convincing power!

The Divine Mother is there when we Comprehend - (5780)

A very wonderful instructor gave a talk on Koradi Radio a few days ago and he said something that really impacted. He said that when we comprehend something, our Divine Mother is present right in that moment of comprehension. Especially if it is do with an "I" we are working on. He went on to say that he knows that She is there when we comprehend something. This for me was marvellous, because I have felt the same, though I was never fully sure. This is great news when we want to build a connection to our Divine Mother and doubt when is present. We can know that She is present when we are trying to comprehend. I feel that She really wants us to comprehend the "I" and further more She helps us to comprehend. We can truly ask for Her help to comprehend something and the help will come in such a natural way that we will tend to overlook it.   She is better than Google...  End (5780).
