Why the Half-True Nature of the Ego? – (1361)

Answer

All because of the conditioning of relativity and duality!

The things that the egos say, think or believe are all true relative to their reference point. As soon as you adopt a different reference point the things that the egos say, think and believe are suddenly not as true, but only half true or simply just not true.

The principle of relativity applies here to the ego as well. Something is true relative to something but not true relative to something else. That is where duality enters into the equation.

As soon as the reference point is changed duality works producing the opposite. Something appeared true, but as soon as the reference point was changed it now appears false.

Question is it Absolutely True is Very Important!

The question: “is it absolutely true” is so important when working on the ego. Because this helps to change the reference point and expose the arguments, protests and beliefs of the ego as something not fully true, and therefore not worthy of believing in.

End (1361).
