Introduction
This is a question that many people ask at one point in their life. Sometimes we all feel at a loss about how to love.
Here is a simple formula that we can apply to loving anything.
Formula
Step 1
Get to know ourselves in this area. Sit down quietly and explore what it means for us to love that 'thing'. Be specific.
Step 2
Explore once again what it is inside of us that stops us, resists or makes it difficult for us to love that 'thing' as we saw in step 1.
Step 3
Work on dissolving what stops us from loving as we felt in step 1.
Step 4
Love in action and continue purifying word and action.

Love is the same for all things. We can love all things, this is the way to live, what changes is the way we love each thing. This is at the discretion of our consciousness...

Relating to Change
Learning how to change is one of the most important things to do in life.
Why, because life always calls upon us to change.
Very few things in life can or stay the same.
The better we relate to change the better it is for us.
The most important thing in life is to know how to change and to actually change.
The more and the better we know how to change the better we will feel in life. The better we will adapt and face the challenges of life.
Often it is not easy, maybe that is one of the reasons why we are all here, is to learn how to change.
If life never stays still and always flows, we can infer that at the essence of life is change.
Life is a series of never ending challenges and problems.
It has to be that way doesn't it? If life were static it would be too mechanical and it would be more like death than life.
It can't be that we come to life and expect to never change. Even if we don't want to change we are changing every instant.
There are even branches within company's that manage change nad they have their rules and policies and best practices. There is even a change manager.
Eventhough it may seem that life is all about change that does not mean that change is ad hoc and random.
Principles and Laws
There are principles and laws that govern change.
One of the more easily observable laws are: the law of cause and effect and the law of octaves.
The changes in life, the real changes that is, are meant to be for the better. But they are mostly never seen for the better becasue we seem not to all not like change.
We mostly like change when we are suffering or 'sick and tired' of something.
We fear the changes that seem to be for the worse. Often changes seem to be for the worse but they are not. We fear death becasue ti is a change for the apparent worse.
Change is something that some people really dislike. Not because the change is for something worse it is that because the process of changing is difficult and painful.
Change implies a process of uncertainty, a stage of instability and patience while the change is taking effect.
To change is not something lunar, it is really something solar. To not change is lunar and to be constant in virtue is not lunar either but something solar.
For something to be constant in virtue octaves and octaves are required as well voluntary effort.
Types
The are of course useless changes, which are changes that don't produce any result and there are changes which are useful producing important results.
The changes that re useful are those that happen from deep down, at the roots or causes. That is the key to know the difference between a fickle change and real profound change.
Changes of the personality are fickle but changes that occur within the causal dimension of any person are profound and real.

History of Old Houses Repeat - (5898 )
It's a curious thing that this happens, same house, different people years apart, similar events.
It seems that some places can become so energised to the point of being imprinted with a certain pattern, that is powerful enough to draw people to it, to experience what has already been experienced there before.
We know some land sites and buildings because of what happened there in the past, attract similar events in the present.
These sites or places can even be called karmic as those sites and places are where karma plays out.
Court rooms, night clubs, certain sports areans, family homes, hospitals, certain streets and highways can be regarded as karmically magnetised as often the karmic debts of people are cnacelled or started at these sites and places.

Karmic Puppets and Mathematics of the Administrators - (5893)
Karma seems cruel at times. But it really isn't cruel, it is always trying to help us balance ourselves, cancel our debts and learn our lessons for the good of our soul.
The reason why it seems cruel is because it is processed above the emotional human dimension.
Being outside the human emotional dimension means that pleasing the human emotions is not the priority there are other higher bigger picture priorities to attend to.
The way to not see it as cruel and see it more as it is, is to raise our sight up to the higher dimensions. Especially that dimension of mathematics and mathematical operation with values.
The administrators are aware of the human emotional dimension, and they know that they have to use that dimension to form a vehicle such as a relationship that will allow the processing of karmic debts and thus bring the two people to balance.
The karmic administrators move the will of people to form allainces and relationships for the karmic debts to be processed. They also give incentives, support and relief so that the karmic relationships maintain just themselves going so that they don't break apart before the karmic debt is paid.
Efficiency can be achieved in many ways, at one end it is with a high intensity and frequncey of suffering and the other end is high intensity and frequency of merit generating works powered by the human expression of divine values flowing out through the people involved.
The administrators of karmic debts don't mind so much about working inline with the feelings and desires of the human emotional dimension, they operate on a higher mathematical level, bringing values together in such a way that imbalnces can be cancelled.
Events where values are exchanged are provoked by the imbalances within the people involved. The administrators depending on the future, destiny, level of being and consciousness of one or more of the people involved, can modify those events, making the nature and outcome softer or harder.
The administrators can modify events on their own accord according the variables in the mathematical equations of the events people involved, or they can modify events based on our consciously made negotiations.
All in all the more conscious we are about the nature of our karmic debts, the more we can see into the events of our lives and the more we can do to pay better, more and smarter.

Tonnes of Good Will - (5896)
In general, when something comes up a lot in ourselves to the degree that we notice it everywhere and all nearly all the time, it is the moment for us to work on what we are noticing and it could be a stage of work we need to complete for some internal need or reason of our Inner Being.
One of the best things in life is good will and the will to do good.
Good will and the will to do good are the things that are the most helpful to others and ourselves.
Good will and the will to do good are different.
The will to do good comes to us from the cosmos, we receive inspiration to do good through our crown chakra.
To do good will we need the will to do good. The will to do good is in real short supply in some many people all over the globe.
The will to do good is more aligned with the will to good for others. That is why teh will to do good comes from a very expansive space and when we allow it expression in ourselves it expands us and connects us to the expansive space it comes from.
The will to do good and good will both are very powerful. They connect us to ourslevs and to the cosmos.
How backward is ill-will? In the sense that it can't propel us forward to new levels and heights within us or even how far will it get us in human life?
Truly having the will to do good and acting with good will protects us. We feel less fear when we can see that there is good will within us.
Good will is open and clear. Acts of ill-will always make us to want to hide.
To do good is very difficult because we harbor so much ill-will. To start to do good will we need to find out what is it in ourselves that believes we can't do good or what we have against doing good.
Because we all come from the Milky Way Galaxy we are made up of the nature of the Galaxy where there is the will to do good and so it is in our nature, we just have to find what blocks it.

The Feigner's Sufferings: Depression and Panic - (5895)
When we are not fully integrated into something, such as when we are not 'walking the talk" this is what we can have the tendency to feel: panic and depression at the extreme end, or anxiety and sadness in the middle.
We feel panic when are with others and depression when we are by ourselves.
In front of others, not being whole, we feel that our lack of genuinity will be exposed, revealing that we are pretending to know.
By ourselves we feel empty, and when we feel empty we tend to feel low and depressed. This is because the value we hold of ourselves drops.

The commonly called growth mindset is something that we need in the work on ourselves. So often, we become bitter and resistant to change.
To change with the work on ourselves is to GROW!
The growth mindset when fully embraced is about being excited and about applying the newly learnt knowledge. It is equally as excited about making the first mistakes. Because the growth mindset knows that learning happens with mistakes.
The growth mindset is all about learning to move past the mistakes.
Such a mindset makes a huge difference in how fast we change ourselves through the work.

A good way to help us be consciousness is to focus on one or two attributes of the consciousness and to really embrace those attributes.
One such attribute is naked awareness. Awareness that is formless knowing without any covering or dressing - meaning no interests to pursue or protect.
Awareness is not tangible and no issues can really stuck to it or hook into it. Sticking to or hooking into is for molecular objects.
If we focus on using our conscious imagination one of the attributes of the consciousness that makes the most sense to you it can be of a good help.

Self-Remembering is when we Hold Our Principles - (5891)
There are so many ways to remember ourselves and our Inner Being.
Remembering our Inner Being is not limited to being in the moment, relaxing our mind and praying to our Inner Being. There are really many expressions.
When we don't get identified with anything that we are not, we are remembering ourselves.
The title of this post is about that situation when we are tempted becasue inside and outside pressure to let go of our values, ethics, principles, morals etc. and go with something that is not ours.
For example, we drop fighting for what is right because of fear or any lower principle that is not of the nature of our Inner Being.
To hold to our principles is self-remebering and many people do this everyday in so many ways that go unnoticed. The thing is to do this momentarily and globally for our life's direction and purpose.

What we are, we are. We can not be what we are.
For example, a doctor is a doctor and he being a doctor can not be a doctor. Because that is what and who he is.
A doctor will always help others who are sick, anytime, everywhere and anyone.
Same thing for a Gnostic. If we are a Gnostic we will always do what a Gnostic does, of course mostly imperfectly but still clear enough to recognise the Gnostic principles at work in word and deed.
To put a limit on that or organise a limit or a time to that, it is not Being. It is not really being something. Because being something is being that all the time.
One does not see limits to what one is. We only see limits to what we are not.

Brain Fog Energy Cleansing - (5883)
Brain fog is a real thing. Yet a very mysterious thing. It seems as though there is not yet a full understanding of what it is and what causes it. The symptoms are well known yet the causes not as much.
As mysterious as it is, one thing though is that we can't rule out, is that it has something to do with the body's flow of energies.
When we have brain fog it is like our brain's energies are not flowing or there is some kind of conjestion or blockage that forms a heavy cloiud surrounding our brain inside our skull.
Some of the symptoms of brain fog are: we feel vague about everything that is going on, what has been already discussed becomes burry, memory turns into quarter memory (25%), thinking is slow and our usual good insight into ourselves and the issues of our life narrows and feels blocked.
Brain fog is worse when we over a period of time, frequently experience states of anger and emotional upset.
Anger especially has the effect of disconnecting us from our intellectual faculties, especially memory. Anger certainy produces what is called vexation, which is very similar to the symtpoms of brain fog.
From an energetic point view brain fog can definitely come from very conjested chakras and a polluted aura. Especially a heavy and conjested solar plexus chakra.
When we are not feeling angry all the time, and our diet is fairly clean we then next look at the cleanliness of our vital body and it's energy systems.
If our vital body's energies are not flowing and are conjested then it is logical that we are going to feel some kind of heaviness, blockage and conjestion.
The proof is to do some practices that will clean our energy body and get our body's vital energies flowing.
Generally we are very heavy energetically speaking, too much heavy food, not moving energy, not transmuting and constantly stuck in negative heavy emotion all contribute to brain fog.
Often physical exercises helps lift brain fog because physical exercise activates the vital body and causes energy to move through our vitalbody thus unblocking areas of conjestion.
Practices with our Divine Mother and the Christic fire help to clean our bodies of all the energies that have become dense and are blocking the flow. Try this and observe the effects on the symtpoms of brain fog.

In general, when we precipitate, that is take action before the due time, we create a disturbance in the order of things as well as a disturbance in the unseen plan for ourselves and others in our life.
Always a disturbance in the order and plan (balance) of things, incurrs a backlash of some kind.
Precipitating we may advance but only later to have to face the backlash, which often means to face the wait that we were avoiding in the first place and why precipitated.

A Good Way to Die is to Try to Be Consciousness - (5885)
A good way to die in ourselves is to be our consciousness.
When we are our consciousness we give oursleves so many chances, almost moment to moment to die in ourselves.
The whole question is really about how we can be our consciousness.
That's the hard part.
We can try focussing on awareness. Become awareness. Understand that awareness is formless, without identity, without colour, intangible and invisible.
Awareness is naked, it is not dressed in anything and nothing is attached or stuck to it.
Awareness expands, contracts, illuminates and recognises, as well gives cognisance.
Use the imagination to be exactly that intangible, transparent, formless, without identity yet full of seeing, knowing and cognisance.
These elements above of the consciosuness lead to comprehension and aware/conscious action.
Being the consciousness that way, in any environment, is the same as to meditate and when we are in that state we can make ourselves ready to die in ourselves.
We can see and be alert to die in ourselves.
The key to it all is to keep the identity to be the consciousness. That is we MUST forget you as a person, your name, your job, your pain, your difficultites and limitations, your relationships... Instead be formless, transparent, naked and flowing - where ntohing sticks and hooks onto you.
Practicing this will accelerate your work and it will not be something dry and difficult. We will find meaning and joy in it.

One of the best uses of the Runes is to allow new energies to flow into us and through us.
When we feel stuck, confused, can't focus, can't comprehend something and are just feeling like a heavy blob - moping around not knowing what to do and not feeling like doing anything either, we need to move energies.
If we feel resistance to do that - for sure we need to do that.
Then we know what to do. Do our favourite rune or the most appropiate one and allow the energies to be received move through us, and for us to also generate energies within us.

Gnosis without a Lineage Doesn't Work - (5881)
Many people say that they are Gnostic and according to the general spirit of Gnosis which is to know oneself, they are Gnostic. Yet Gnosis without a lineage doesn't work for the path.
Gnosis with a lineage connects us to the path. Especially when those of the lineage walked the path.
Gnosis without a linneage is like a lose thread blowing in the breeze. The end goal is difficult to see and stability is hard to come by.
All those masters who were before us, all belonged to a lineage and walked the path because of their connection to that lineage and because of the support of that lineage.
The guru is a link in a lineage that goes all the way back to the source of the one where the final liberation is. Furhermore the guru connects us to that linneage, where the guru's role is to make us into a link in that same lineage.
Gnosis without a lineage doesn't in the end really go anywhere. All those people who in the end leave Gnosis without a lineage, mostly don't really end up where they originally wanted to end up.

Facing Horrifying Thoughts - (5880)
When we are in a negative state, and sometimes not in a negative state, we can experience very negative thoughts, that easily scare and shock us. We often think: "how can I be thinking that!", "what is going on, how did such negativity come to be insinde of me?".
What happens is that the thoughts pass and afterall they are just thoughts and we return to normal. What though is the worst thing about the whole experience of very negative thoughts, is not knowiung what to do with them and leaving what thought them unexamined.
If there are very negative thoughts, we can think immediately to what the opposite of them is, and straight away know within us that we have the power of the opposite within us. Those scary thoughts are the very opposite of the beauty we have within before there were the negative thoughts. Let's see an example.
For example, a very cruel, senseless and callous thought appears, the opposite is kindness, care, support, protection which is what we actually have in our essence, but has since become partly conditoned in the opposite, somehow and for some reason along the way.
As soon as we see that, we know where the negative thought comes from, and that it is the opposite of our innate qualities of our essence.
The thing to do next is to focus on the opposite to the negative thought and use the contrast to choose and shed more light within. One thing we often see when we do this is that the negative thought is telling us to be more of the opposite, which for eh example above was to be more kind, caring, supportive and protective.

'Giving-In' is not a Conscious Kindness - (5877)
Conscious kindness is the one that is reciprocated handsomely!
When we give consciously, that is fully, without contradiction and in full knowing and declaration, the law of reciprocity returns what we have given with a handsome return.
When we give in, we are not really being kind. We may think that we are kind or generous and what we have given will return to us, but we are really just giving from weakness from giving in often against our better judgement, and agaisnt our inner balance or law.
When we give in and we are being 'kind' we are giving unconsciously, and unconscious giving or kindness is not reciprocated.
There maybe some reciprocity from the unconsciosu giving, but it will not be as handsome as when we do it consciously. There is disappointment and future difficulties.
Often giving unconsciosuly, that is with contradiction and agianst ourselves, we are taught the lesson that to give that way produces difficulties, either outside or within ourselves and there is not reciprocity.
We have all experienced this and we have this knowledge within us.

When Stuck Have to Give to Shift - (5873)
When we stuck adn we all do at some point, in whaterver way it may be, to get unstuck the solution is to be to give something.
After we give something for a certain duration things shift.
There are two ways to give. One is to give externally and the other is to give internally.
To give externally is to give of our services and ourself for the benfit of the environemnet in which we are stuck in.
To give interanlly means to give a reversal of attitude from the negative to the positive and hold that until it becomes stable and a part of our way of being in the environment in which we are stuck. We also have to be that outside of that environment and everywhere else.
We often are not really giving anything, or we are not giving enough or we simply giving in the wrong direction.
So often we are totally blocked to giving and we don't even realise it.
If we give something and wait for it to work within ourselves and in the environment and then observe the shift.

For as long as we see something as harmfuless or nuetral or meaningless we will never change.
It only ever happens that as soon as we see even in the slightest that some habit is not useful to us, we start to change.
When see or believe something as having no consequence or not being harmful for us we won't change.
When we still get something from it, we see it as good or nuetral we won't change.
We keep things because somewhere in our mind we believe it is either good, serving some purpoose or it is not harmful.
Even when we see intellectually something as not being helpful, that does not matter in the slightest, meanwhile we still believe or think that it is harmless.

"He Who in the Moment of Ecstasy Gives Dust" - (5872)
There are special moments in life where there is a heartfelt conscious opening.
Sometimes it is when we realise the suffeering and hardhsip of the people in front of us. Sometimes it is a supreme moment of gratitude, sometimes it is seeing how we have made ourselves suffer, sometimes it is when we see how we have made others suffer and finally sometimes it is when we feel bliss and happiness...
In these moments is when we have to give something! At least a deep heartfelt thank you or sorry or love or gratitude or just moved by the opening to give something of ourselves.
When we don't give something in these moments is when we are going, well not to say something negative, but I would say cold... Which for the individual looking at him or herself is something to be alarmed by.
In a very ancient ritual it says when "in the moment of ecstasy one gives dust then all will be denied to him".

Lesson Behind So Many Circumstances of Waiting and Waiting - (5871)
There are situations in our lives where situations with the same quality repeat and repeat.
These situations painfully repeat until we learn the lesson of teh value that we lack that makes them occur.
We lacking learning adn application of some kind of quality or power.
There are circumstances where we are forced to wait and wait and while waiting important or critical life issues are held in check.
In these periods it is easy to see things as looking bleak and it is easy to dispair. Everyone else around has it all together and is doing all ok - safe and secure yet evetyhting for us seems to be hanging in the balance.
The powers to be learnt are hope and faith and the lesson culminates in combining them together to continue fighting.
These circumstances are to make a person into a fighter.
In every battle or fight there are always these pauses, as brief as they are sometimes, they are where the outcome of the battle is decided.
If in those pauses the warrior lowers his efforts, he may well be deciding what comes next.
It is better to continue fighting towards the result when the result is just and know then to give up and never know.

Know Your Cosmic Ray by Knowing the Rays of Others - (5871)
If We Have the Courage to Dissolve it All - We Have the Courage to Build It up - (5870)
If for example, we have the courage to contemplate dissolving an enterprise that we have built up for years and are prepared to go through all the trouble that it will mean for ourselves and others, then we have the courage to stay in that business and build it up again and like Trump says - "make it great again!".
That's a direct statement to the "I" of negative self-compassion. If that "I" for example thinks it can destroy something wonderful becasue it is getting hard and is not going well, and suffer through all the consequences then that "I" has to know that there is courage enough within us to repair and build it up again.
With that in mind there is no powerful reason for it to then use its will wrongly to destroy everything. The consciosuness must step in adn rebuke that "I" sending it back adn not listen to any of tis logic and act towards reapir and enhancement.

Remedy When Sleep at Night Becomes Aweful - (5868)
Some people don't like the experience of sleeping, either because of experiencing nightmares, waking up with a sore neck that takes all day to fix, feeling unwell when waking up or just having a night full of stressful and busy dreams.
There are not too many people like, however there are such people. What remedy do they have?
Sleep a lot less is one, though that becomes unviable after a while, as our waking life soon suffers. The other option is to seek ways to improve our experience while asleep.
Day and night are intimately linked. The internal state we experience during the day repeats at night. One of the solutions to a good night's expereince is to change the way we experience the day.
This entails making efforts to lift our level of the Being during our day.
The more consciously we live the day so as to better experience the night, pays off during the night while we are asleep.
To be more conscious at night during our sleep we need to be much more conscious during our day. Which means very actively transforming negative internal states into positive ones that are lighter and freer.
As soon as we can see he direct connection between the internal side of our day and our quality of experience at night we are able to make changes.
Basically the remedy is to actively seek during the day as many positive internal states as possible so that we can set up positive interal states for our night-time experience.

Respecting Both Our Mistakes and 'the Better Way' Dissolves Anger - (5869)
What triggers anger so much of the time in people is having made some kind of mistake. Where after making the mistake we are angry at ourselves or angry at the people upset at our mistake.
If we master this one situation we can dissolve most of our anger and prevent angry situations for ever appearing.
As soon as we make a msitake, look inside and respect why we made it. There will be reasons and then respect those reasons. Understand why we made the mistake and respect the reasons why even if they were wrong. To do this because anger will overwhelm us as soon as we disrespect ourselves or go against ourselves.
Many would argue in the big picture of things there are no mistakes...
Be ok with the mistake we made and then look to see and understand the better way. Know and understand that the correct or better way is the not the mistake we made and respect the better way as it will produce better results for us.
With this respect going both ways, repsecting our mistake, why we made it and respecting the non-mistake ('the better way') we don't need to protect ourselves and therefore we don't need anger and even fear to appear to protect ourselves.
Try this and you will see how it works. Try it the very next time a mistake is made, big or small, it doesn't matter and then see how this double respect takes us out of blame, our of justification and to embracing comprehension which makes everything better.

To love the whole beingness of ourselves raises our level of the Being.
It is always as soon as we fall out of the love for ourselves we release the ego and say and do things which lower our level of the Being.
To love our whole beingness is wonderful in any person because we can then give love to others because it is there to give.
A very important element of this love for our beingness is to love to correct and fix ourselves.
The reality is, we have a lot to correct, repair, balance and fix. To love our beingness means to love to do that because it enhances our beingness.
To love to correct ourselves for what it is better, or more real or correct means to love to see in us what needs adjusting.
To not want to see ourselves or meet ourselves is to not love ourselves. We all love to see what we love.

It is always the case that the living person and the writer are different. One expects to find the writer in the person but they don't.
The writing is always more on the side of the ideal. For the purposes of learning, the ideal is useful, and it continues being useful while we keep it as an ideal to aspire to in our own lives.
However, to look for the ideal in a living person, will always bring shortfalls...
As soon as we take the ideal and apply it to others the ideals stops being useful it upsets others and disappoints ourselves.
Often people who know me, think that I am writing about them, and that is very often not the case.
If you know me as a person, to avoid confusion and disappointment bear this in mind and read carefully or or either give yourself a break from this blog for a while.

Find Your Being in the Light of Every Situation - (5862)
Every situation has a dark part and a light part.
When we let the ego out we experience and participate in the dark part of the event.
When we look to the work and to the light, and we go towards that, we find the light part of the event and we also find our Being.
Everyone's Being is to be found in the light part of the event.
For example, someone in our family is angry and we react with anger, we have just then found the dark part of the event. When we look upwards to the work and truly embrace the correct inner state, the one where we transcend anger and become patience and love, we find our Inner Being.
This is how we can always find our Inner Being, event by event.
After knowing this we can't say anymore, I can't find my Being...

Hypnotised by Fear Produces all Kinds of Non-Sense Horror - (5861)
Horror movies are produced through fascination with different psychological defects - with the main one being fear and violence.
When we are deeply hypnotised by fear, we create all kinds of non-sense beliefs that range from the deeply supernatural on the sinister side to the gravely negative at the human level.
The huge hypnosis of fear within the person produces intense scary feelings that the person tends to reject. That rejection is then the rejection of themselves, because they are the ones who are producing those scary feelings.
As it is difficult to handle the rejection of ourselves it switches straight away to the perception that a supernatural force is involved.
That rejection then in the background unknown to us, projects all sorts of horror stories against ourselves.
When hypnotised like that the very common feeling is that there is a strange supernatureal power in control.
In most cases it is just the case of a huge fear that we are too weak to face and try and separate from.
