One of the best uses of the Runes is to allow new energies to flow into us and through us.
When we feel stuck, confused, can't focus, can't comprehend something and are just feeling like a heavy blob - moping around not knowing what to do and not feeling like doing anything either, we need to move energies.
If we feel resistance to do that - for sure we need to do that.
Then we know what to do. Do our favourite rune or the most appropiate one and allow the energies to be received move through us, and for us to also generate energies within us.
Some physical exercise is good, as it activates and stimulates the vital body which helps us to move energies through our whole system, which prepares us to meditate and go inside to comprehend or see what it is that we need to see.
