A key to help in our practices is to be serious when doing them and to work diligently during them.
Many of our practices go no where because we are not serious about them and we slack off during the practice.
The guarantee is if we work seriously and diligently during the practice we give the practice a chance to work for us.
We develop with giving seriousness and diligence. Even just giving those qualities will help us to progress, and these qualities are transferrable everywhere in life above and below.
"The only 'bad' practice is the one we didn't do."
End (5933).
